Bison installed the plumbing in my new construction home. There were a couple of issues, but they timely repaired them. This rating splits the difference between the install/set up issues and and the timely warranty service. I hate having to write bad reviews, even more so when it comes to my skin folk. I reached out to Reggie to fix a leak in my kitchen sink due to the rave reviews he had on Nextdoor. He was a no call/no show twice. When he did come out to fix my issue, I paid him. Only to have the same problem as soon as he left. He came back out after I made several calls and tried to fixit again. Sink is STILL leaking. I've called several times to have him come back out to fix what I paid him to fix and left several messages, no ever calls me back. I would not recommend anyone use his services.

We purchased an older home and when the tub didn’t not drain properly we call our warranty company and Best1 plumbing came to service our home. The technician arrived timely. He assess the problem and noticed that the problem went beyond simple slow drain. He checked out the plumbing work that was done by a handyman in the basement. He was knowledgeable enough to recognize that the drain system was not up to code and made the system run slow. He contacted his office and reschedule to complete the work. He explained everything he was doing throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Best 1 plumbing. It was great working with them.

Friendly people great service

Robert was great. This is the second time I’ve seen him (first time with my home inspection, and this time to take care of a leak with the water heater). Got the problem taken care of, and always happy to answer additional questions if you have them. Would recommend and will use again.

Another company charged me $70 just to come out and tell me I needed to spend $8,000 on a new hvac system. Matt didn’t charge me anything to come out and give me a second opinion. He fixed it for $175. That was 2 years ago and it’s still running. Repaired my toilet last week for $65. Fair prices. Honest work.
