Josh has helped me navigate replacing several toilets and my water heater. He even helped me through a same day plumbing emergency. The lady who answers the phones is always really nice and gets it done in a very timely fashion. They do a good job and are very trustworthy folks.

I called them about 11:00 am on. Saturday, Chris was at my house before noon. He fixes 2 issues quickly and at a reasonable price - he didn't have to run to the store, he didn't have to take any calls while he worked. He knew exactly what to do and and he did it. Very pleased.

Wonderful experience overall! We had an emergency septic drain line issue, I called and scheduled a same day appointment. the technician who came out was pleasant, knowledgeable, and totally thorough. He did a great job!

Do not use the company. Had a service order by my warranty and the plumber did not mention that he does not take credit card when we made the appointment. He walked right out the house and said call someone else. Terrible customer service.

We are a commercial business in the Alpharetta area. I had a leak in one of the room in a hotel. I called the office and spoke with Ms. Sam and she was so nice, professional and helpful. She scheduled their Master Plumber to go out there. I know they were very busy but the squeezed us in so there was no damage from the leak in the shower. Ms. Sam kept in contact with me to let me know when to expect the plumber. They went out assessed and resolved the issue. Thank you for your amazing response and professionalism. My experience with Fulton Services started with the helpful young lady who answered my call. I was a bit frustrated and anxious to get a problem with my hot water heater solved before leaving Atlanta. She promised a next day visit from a service tech. As promised, I received a call from Chris, at the time specified. He came in, asked about the problem, and proceeded to explain each diagnostic performed. He patiently answered all questions. He was generous enough to explain how another plumbing issue was affecting the water heater.
