I had a brand new faucet put in a bathroom(by a plumber that I used in the past) for a rental home of mine and 2 months after my tenants moved in, water started spraying underneath the sink and unto the floor. I was on my way to check it out when I saw Raymond's truck in the Home
Depot parking lot. I called him, he came outside, and followed me to my rental home. He informed me that the faucet was installed incorrectly and even showed me the difference! He even cleaned up after himself when he was finished! I have definitely found a new go-to plumber!

My original time slot was between 2 and 6 pm on Thursday. Plumber arrived after 8.30pm. Your company knew that I had Rinnai Tankless unit and that access to their Help desk is required for most repair especially if warranty repair maybe covered. I was told by your technician that he would be back to my house by 8am Friday morning. I called at 9.30 am to get a status update and was told I was still his first call. He called around ~10 at which point I canceled the call. Through the discussion on Thursday evening your tech did say that often replacing the Unit may end-up being the most cost effective way, this was confirmed when I call Rinnai at 8am Friday morning. Your cost was going to be at a minimum Diagnoses $400, Major Repair $800 (not including parts). I sourced a new unit for $1400 including taxes and delivered with in 2 hours. Your written estimate was $3200 (no detail on unit type).... so ~$1800 for labor.... It took me, a non professional 4 hours to replace the unit, so assuming he would have completed the work in 3 hours or $600 an hour. This is called gouging your customers.... I am seriously considering no longer using Coolray (sister company) for my AC needs moving forward.

Ramon and T came out several times for a plumbing issue we had over 4th of July. They were so kind, professional, and truly passionate about what they do.

Not to mention they are really good at what they do. They did a full day (10+hours) just them two.

I cannot recommend this company enough and if you can, request these two guys.

Side note: Chip the owner (person in charge) was so nice. We had so much trouble and he gave us his personal number. Took our calls, texts, and did a job over the holiday weekend. Even stopped out on the job site twice to insure our satisfaction.

We had a toilet leak repaired and and sink faucets replaced by this team. Their work was exceptional and the overall business a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!
