Best Plumbing Inspection in Atlanta GA

I arrived back home in my condo on Christmas to find major leaks, no doubt due to a pipe broken in the hard freeze. Shut off the water, cleaned up, and he next day (a Monday) started calling plumbers. Morningside actually picked up the phone, though perhaps that was a bit of luck on my part - others called back later that day or the next. But by then my problem was fixed. Raoul and his assistant were great at diagnosing not only a major break in one part of my fridge line but also a minor crack elsewhere. They showed me the problems and discussed the situation with me, which as someone who is relatively new to home ownership and home repair, I found very helpful. Overall they were very professional and the office staff were also great to deal with. I will say that the person who referred me to them said they were a bit more expensive than others—I have no basis for comparison, though their fee just to come out was slightly less than what my neighbor got from a different company. Anyway, I will certainly call them again next time I have a plumbing need!

Scott at Plumbpros came to figure out where a sewage smell was leaking into our bathroom. Of course, the smell was not present when he was there, so he could not immediately determine the source. The only option seemed to be a smoke test that would have cost hundreds of dollars, would not guarantee that source would be found, and would not include the cost of fixing the problem. All hope seemed lost before Scott, using his super powers of investigation asked when the last time the master bath had been used. The answer was at least 2 years. Scott bet his mother's life that p-trap was dry and the smell was leaking in through there. We ran some water through the tube and the smell has not come back. We were not charged a penny for his visit. Scott at Plumbpros saved us hundreds of dollars and fixed the awful smell in our bathroom. I highly recommend calling Plumbpros for your plumbing needs.

Don’t recommend. Times they provide are inaccurate and wasted my time! Now I’m going to have to pay more to find another plumber to show to this evening because they lied to me on how long it would take. Flooding basement and waited 3 hours.

Robert was great. This is the second time I’ve seen him (first time with my home inspection, and this time to take care of a leak with the water heater). Got the problem taken care of, and always happy to answer additional questions if you have them. Would recommend and will use again.

Jon was great to work with! We couldn’t find our main water shut off valve or the water pressure reducing valve in an older home we purchased 2 years ago, and thought we needed to get both added to the home. Jon did his own sleuthing around the house and property and hypothesized they were located behind a section of the wall that was sheetrocked in. After agreeing to cut into the wall, he was right! We did have a main water shut off and the pressure reducing valve was there too but needed replacing. I really appreciated he took the extra time to figure out what was going on instead of just adding new valves. He communicated everything thoroughly along the way and asked permission before starting new work. On top of all of that, he helped fix a leaky spigot on his way out. He’ll definitely be my only go to plumber from now on!
