Scheduled an appointment 4 days in advance to size-up a project for my nearby civic association. They were scheduled to meet me between 12 & 2 on May 20, 2021. They were a no-show. I called around 3:30PM that day and left a message, that call hasn't been returned.

I needed a PRV replacement for my townhome and after getting quotes from 5 other plumbing companies, I went with J W Ayers. Not only did they offer to do the work for the best price, but they were extremely polite and courteous throughout the entire process.
Their crew showed up promptly when scheduled, performed the work quickly, and did a great job.
I will definitely be contacting them in the future for any additional plumbing needs. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get great work done for a fair price.

From the initial phone call, scheduling and estimate to the successful replacement and repair of a prior garbage disposal, pipes & faucet, 365 Plumbing ATL and Plumber Ned displayed professionalism, quick response and expertise. Ned was prompt in both the estimate and work itself. Ned was very responsive in answering questions and offering additional info. He was knowledgeable, worked quickly and professionally. Additionally, he followed up on the work he performed. I highly recommend! Thank you!

I called based upon previous reviews and the fact that the company was 24/7. I had an issues with my water heater he stated that he would be there by 11 am and was early. Diagnosed the issue (fried water heater). Next day he helped select new heater and installed it in a timely manner. He went above and beyond to ensure that it was working properly. I would definitely use his services again.

Had a blockage in the main sewer line. They came out promptly and gave a fair estimate for the repairs. It was a big job and they kept me posted on progress throughout the job. Highly recommend Delta Plumbing.

A great honest plumbing service company. Came and fixed my water heater. While he was fixing it he showed complete transparency on how the job was done explanation on how the water heater worked and showed me what was wrong. Fixed it.
He also came out a few days later to check up and ensure that things were working properly.
All around just an honest plumber.

The tech who came to my house seemed like he was an awesome guy. However, the pricing schemes are super sketchy. Something that initially required $400+ worth of labor turned out to be $600+ worth of labor once I said, OK, whatever, I just need this fixed and he consulted his 'pricing book/binder' (Mind you this is all on a $155.98 part with only about 1/2 hour of actual labor, about $325 an hour)You can probably go to your local hardware store and get the part for 1/10 of the price and hire someone in the parking lot to install it for 1/6 of the price.

Reggie came recommended from a customer so we assumed he would be reliable . He seemed very pleasant . We met and I was told he would provide a quote Monday. He knew I was in a bind in regards to needing a plumber. Monday came . Nothing . I sent him a couple of texts . Nothing . At that point I assumed he was closed in honor of MLK because why would an owner of a company ignore a potential customer? Tuesday I called the office after 10 AM to see about the quote. Reggie ‘s son apologized for his father not responding to me. He assured me that he would be calling. Close to 4 PM in the evening I called back and his son was apologetic again not understanding why his father hadn’t called me. He then shared that his father had a funeral to on Wednesday which I was aware of already and apparently Reggie (sr?)verbalize that he wasn’t certain whether or not he could actually do the job to his son .Not to me the potential customer but his son. I repeated myself multiple times saying that is fine just to please let me know one way or the other if he could do the job anytime during the week that I was in a severe bind. And that it was OK if he could not but just to please let me know. His son apologized again and said that he would let me know personally today. He did not . As a small business owner I want to always support other small business owners however when it comes to such lack of respect shown as Reggie the plumber did to us I would not recommend this company to anyone. We went with Zurn plumbing . They communicated well and showed respect for the customer .

I was referred to Best 1 Plumbing, LLC. by a friend of mine who is a contractor and said they were very competitively priced, great quality and timely completion. I called Best 1 Plumbing and was pleasantly surprised when they said they would be there the next day and I would be meeting with Eric, the owner of the company. We did the walk through, talked about what we were looking for and what was realistic for our budget and as we were talking Eric recommended that one of our upgrades be a Water Cop. A device that will shut down the water to your house if a leak or a rupture is detected. After hearing about the Water Cop we decided it was a good idea and scheduled the installation before we went on vacation. Shodd and Dewy showed up early and completed the job on time and in a very professional manner them two young gentlemen really know there trade. Needless to say it was a good thing because our water heater decided it had had enough and ruptured. The Water Cop shut it down and all water was shut off to our house saving us thousands of dollars already spent on wallpaper and flooring. Thank you Water Cop and Best 1 Plumbing for recommending it and thanks for finishing everything up last week! Great Job and we are very happy with all the work!
