Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

My water wasn’t hot this morning. Lucky I was able to Panther Plumbing out the same day. My tech Michael was super helpful. He was able to re light the hot water heater after I couldn’t. He also was helpful with sound advice on next steps should I have a problem again.

The first thing we noticed about Eric from Plumb Works was his enthusiasm. His positive attitude towards handling a difficult plumbing situation was reassuring. He fixed the kitchen sink fixture and discussed dealing with the manufacturer directly and following their guide if further problems continue. When inspecting our household plumbing Eric was honest about our house: we have an old house, treat the older fixtures with care. I like someone who tells us the truth, rather than gloss over any potential problems.Regarding the company, Plumb Works, they have worked on various problems for us for years, are always on time or call, return our calls, and are sincere. This company shows integrity and I recommend them to anyone. If for any reason you have a problem that is not resolved, call them and they will return, perhaps with two plumbers, to asses the situation and handle it responsibly. That has been our direct experience and is why we continue to use them. In particular, I will request Eric Ponder for all return visits because of his competence and genuinely friendly and caring nature!

I heard that they’re good and we scheduled an 8am appointment to fix a broken sink but they didn’t show. :(
We called at 8:45 and was told it would be at least another hour.
Guess they’re too busy for new customers.
Sucks when you’ve arranged the whole week’s schedule to be home!
