Justin Surrey was extremely professional and punctual. He was thorough and knowledgeable and installed my beautiful new faucet in no time. I did not have the Water Filtration System so he came back the next day which was a Saturday and installed it. Justin was also a very pleasant young man and worked deligently with my schedule

Matt was a pleasure to work with! From the get-go it was clear that he was knowledgeable and customer oriented as he took the time over the phone to answer several of my questions regarding replacing my water heater. Before I had even decided to use Zippy Plumber, Matt offered to help out via phone or text with any future questions I might have and to save him as Matt the Plumber in my contacts. I immediately did so, and was pleased when he quickly answered a plumbing question I texted him a short time later. When I did decide to go with Zippy, Matt was easy to schedule with and happily addressed all my concerns about the water heater when he arrived. We had a water emergency on the Tuesday evening before Thanksgiving: a toilet's fill valve malfunctioned so that the tank wouldn't stop filling. This would ordinarily be no big deal, but at the same time the shutoff valve to the toilet began to leak profusely while in the shut position ... so if we turned off the flow of water to the tank, the valve leaked, while if we opened the shut off value to stop that leak, the tank would overflow. The only way to stop the leaking was to shut off the water for the entire house, which wasn't an ideal solution given that we had several guests staying with us for the Thanksgiving holiday.

I called five or six 24/7 plumbers, but none of them could send anyone out that night. When I called Pipedreamz Plumbing, Shawn answered immediately. I described the problem and he agreed to come over that same evening. I first called him at around 7pm, and our toilet was repaired by 9pm. We plan to call Shawn again after the holidays to do some other less urgent repairs for us. I highly recommend Pipedreamz!

I wouldn't use them again for a project involving any indoor parts of the house- they just do not treat your house the way they would treat a house that has people living in.

They didn't use dropcloths when cutting open the ceiling and removing pipes with caked on sewage, left drywall dust everywhere, left the doors wide open to let bugs in and AC out even when we asked them not to (Dennis said I'll ask them to shut doors but I don't have control over what my workers do). They were delayed repeatedly such that our ceiling was left open for over 2 months for what was supposed to be work done on 3 different days. At the end of the work, they didn't put my oven all the way back in place until I specifically asked. They cracked the cooktop surface on my oven and the frame around my microwave and didn't respond when I pointed this out to them. I'm still cleaning up drywall dust months later. Oh, and the smell that was the original reason for the project is still not fully resolved.

They seemed really capable and knowledgeable on the front end, but now I'm out thousands of dollars with a big mess to clean up.
