I had my first dealing with Superior Plumbing today. I tried reaching out to two other companies first only to be told they couldn’t help on a Saturday or that they would first be able to get to me next week. Superior, however, said they would have someone call me and send a repairman before the end of the day. 30 minutes later I got a call to say a repairman was on his way. The work, professionalism, honesty and promptness of this company is unusual and unsurpassed in it’s excellence. In particular, I want to thank the technician who came out to my home. His name is Guillermo and he was as knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and competent as anyone with whom I have ever had do repair work. I urge you to use this company. Corey and his team were fantastic. They were professional, clean, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and honest.

The team let us know the entire situation before working on our issue. They could have done a quick fix, gotten paid and moved on to the next project. Instead, Corey was upfront and honest ever step of the way. I would recommend them to anyone.
