The introduction of plumber before his arrival was unique. If included a photo and a little family history, marital status, information about his kids and hobbies. I have never seen anything like it. I felt like I knew him before he arrive. The introduction was well crafted and disarming. There was no reason to be suspicious of the plumber on an emergency call. While he did not repair my tankless water heater he did suggest a no cost work around. He stopped the leak and left. All in all he was at my house for less than a half hour with no trip charge. I am certain that this rarely happens. Most service companies will charge a trip fee. I could not have made the repair as quickly. When you need a plumber don't hesitate to try this group. They will show in their promised widow. They will give you an honest assessment and I believe a fair price.

My experience with this company was exceptional from the start. Professional, knowledgeable and certified plumbers ready to serve and address my needs. I had a hot water heater go out at 5am on a Sunday morning and I certainly didn't think I could get service until Monday at the earliest. I called and left a voicemail on the superior phone number and I was called back by 9:30 a.m. Sunday morning and installed WITH NO AFTER HOUR CHARGE by Sunday at 4pm. That's what I call WOW SERVICE!

M Cary sent Ian Carby out to do an estimate on work in my kitchen and bathroom. The main work required them to turn off the full water in my condo building which is 100 years old (gently). They had to install turn off valves (5), install a new toilet and flange, new sink, new faucet, remove garbage disposal and put in new supply lines, etc. This was a 3 visit process due to tile repairs, etc. They were on time and did this on budget. Ian is the plumber, nice guy, respectful, flexible and good at communications. Michele one of the owners is great too in helping me with scheduling and getting insurance docs, etc. Lastly, there was a need to make an adjust to the water temperature - no problem Ian came right back out and handled it quickly. They are not the least expensive but they stand behind their work and I appreciate the ability to do business with a local business. Try them and make sure you ask for Ian Carby - he's the best!
