This was the first time I have ever used this service. Our technician, Jacob Irvin, was very helpful and professional through out the whole thing. He cleaned up everything and explained all to us. He was a pleasure to have in my home. I will trust him with any issues that I may have in the future.

If I could give the technician John Matlock, 10 stars, I would.We had an ongoing problem with our pipes in which we had a few companies give us estimates as to what they thought the issue was. We made that same call to Mr. Plumber and low and behold it was the BEST call we made. Our technician, explained to my husband and i exactly what the problem was, he didn't mind the questions we asked, he gave us estimates based upon different scenarios of of fixing the issue. The underlying issue was a test plug left in our pipes when the house was built. There i!s no doubt going forward, if we should ever need any plumbing issues who will be on our speed dial, Mr. Plumber.Thank you!

Had a sewage back up in my tub and toilets overflowing. Jeff got to the root of the problem right away with no problems. Had everything flowing and draining again in no time with a smile on his face. Water back on and every one here is smiling too. Thank you for prompt and professional help
