A replacement gas hot water system was installed by him just now, and he was on time and did a great job. He was clear in his explanation of the problem with our old one, honest in his recommendation, and entirely transparent throughout the entire process. I have used Delta Plumbing for years. Jason was so professional and took him a moment to figure out my PSI was low, once he adjusted it...the whistling sound when the toilets and washing machine filled disappeared.

A great honest plumbing service company. Came and fixed my water heater. While he was fixing it he showed complete transparency on how the job was done explanation on how the water heater worked and showed me what was wrong. Fixed it.
He also came out a few days later to check up and ensure that things were working properly.

All around just an honest plumber.

This was the worst plumbing/ customer service I have ever experienced. We had a leak at our house and called these guys over. When they arrived, we asked them for an estimate. They told us that it would be around 400-500 to look for the leak and the repair cost may vary depending on the size of the leak. They spent a total of 5 hours at the house and fixed a small leak under the bathroom sink. After they finished, they billed us for $3000. We thought it was a completely ludicrous amount for 5 hours of work. When we asked what the bill was for, the owner of the company, Mike, told us that he paid his plumbers $250 per hour per person. I felt as though he was scamming us. When we refused to pay that amount, he told us that it's coming out of the insurance's pocket anyways, so it didn't matter how much they charged. They were extremely rude and began threatening us. We ended up settling for a lesser amount although we still overpaid. When we called back a few days later to get the itemized invoice for our insurance, the secretary hung up the phone as soon as she heard our name. She refused to let us talk to the owner and became extremely hostile towards us. In the end, we never got our itemized invoice. This was hands down the worst customer service I have ever received.

Working with Roto-Rooter has been an absolute nightmare. Do not even think about hiring them, and go to ServPro instead. They do not know how to work with your insurance company and all they care about is charging your credit card for as much as they can get.The plumber was not clear about the bill we were charged, admitted he wasnt clear about it and that it was his fault for making that mistake. We were charged double the amount that we thought we were going to be charged.I contacted his supervisor, Andrew Helin, and the corporate office several times and they did not care and stated they already gave us a good deal and will not reduce the price (we have a $13,300 bill now).They also charged our credit card in the full incorrect amount and our insurance company stated that they weren't supposed to do that and Roto Rooter was supposed to wait for a check from our insurance company before charging us the amount, since that is the incorrect balance.I gave roto rooter my insurance contact to work this out. Andrew Helin, the awful supervisor I've been dealing with, didn't contact him, and refuses to reverse the credit card charge, even though the balance is incorrect and insurance is supposed to pay first. We had other companies (flooring company such as A&R flooring and other painting companies repair our house from the pipe burst and they knew how to work with insurance and was so easy. I don't know why it is so hard for roto rooter to do the same).Our insurance company also stated that Roto Rooter is an awful company to hire and that they only care about charging the customers as much as they can get and that they also have a hard time working with them for insurance claims.We had to do a credit card dispute, and will probably have to go to court since we are working with such a horrible company. Save yourself the time and definitely go with another company. Hiring roto rooter was probably on my top lists of regrets of a lifetime.

I am so very pleased with Best 1 Plumbing. I spoke with Eric about my issue and he was able to have a technician at my house the next day. Dillon had great communication and did the repair quickly, without issue.

Y'all, if you have a plumbing issue, do yourself a favor and call Reggie the Plumber. We have been using them for any and all plumbing issues that have come up in our older house since buying it five years ago, and we are always impressed with the service we receive. They are always friendly when you call to set up an appointment, and have always been punctual and really easy to work with. They will fix what needs to be fixed, and not try to sell you on services you don't need. They are amazing!

We've used them for our properties without any negative incidents. The person they sent out explained any issue that arose and repaired our kitchen sink and installed our toilet with ease. I have no problem recommending or using them for further projects.
