Paul came out to give me a quote for having a new outdoor hose spigot installed on our second floor balcony and helped to think through a tidy solution to our somewhat complicated task in a townhouse community with a lot of rules. Josh did an excellent job doing the work and only had to make one reasonable cut in our garage wall downstairs. Everything was as neat as possible with the drilling through the floor and through an exterior brick wall. I am very pleased with the entire process and especially the result! Thanks so much. As a single female it is good to have someone that you can call who will respond quickly and not over charge just because. I like that the owner makes suggestions and steer you in the right direction for the most cost effective repairs

CJ is always responsive and does a good job. Stays late to get it done and grinds away. He roughed in a basement for me, including cutting a concrete trench through the slab for a drain and then came back to install the fixtures. He'll be back to hook up my kitchen when I'm ready.

Austin was amazing. I had to schedule my appointment a few days in advance but Delta called the day before to see if I wanted them to come the same day which I appreciated but declined. They also reminded me of my upcoming appointment and gave me notice before coming out. Austin was very knowledgeable and professional. He knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it and it didn't take more than an hour to do. The only reason why I'm giving only 4 stars is because I thought the service would be more affordable.

A great honest plumbing service company. Came and fixed my water heater. While he was fixing it he showed complete transparency on how the job was done explanation on how the water heater worked and showed me what was wrong. Fixed it.
He also came out a few days later to check up and ensure that things were working properly.

Due to deterioration of my pluming under my foundation, I needed my entire house re-plumbed through my attic. I am glad I chose Roto-Rooter. The company responded the same day and provided an estimate. I could have spent less with a few other companies, but I am glad I let them preform the work. The crew was very experienced and completed the job in 2 days. The quality of their work and the quality of the plumbing hardware was evident. The did not take any shortcuts on quality and did an excellent job. My sincere thanks the the 2 professionals that completed the work. I would recommend this company for any of you plumbing needs.

I had a great experience with Atlantis Plumbing from the initial estimate with Bryan (on a Sunday afternoon!) to the work done by Tom & Mike on the actual repair. I had a complicated water line leak in a Townhome community (built 1999). They were all very professional, honest - and extremely responsive. They explained why they were recommending what they recommended every step along the way. Additionally, they did an amazing job with cleanup - and my repair involved extensive digging in the mud and digging out landscaping. It was a complicated repair but Tom & Mike were not the least bit overwhelmed by it at all. Highly recommend Atlantis Plumbing.
