not thrilled with them…they did a sloppy job on a tub install, then installed shower fixtures incorrectly and have had to keep coming out to fix them. we were ghosted by them on an appointment, waiting around all day until we finally worked it out with the office. for $1600, I am not impressed by the quality of service and attentiveness to detail, it is a very straightforward job and yet my husband who is not a plumber is pointing out simple mistakes to these guys constantly. we still have one more visit needed from them to fix a previous mistake but time is running out until we can tile and it’s just a bummer that their work has pushed back our reno by so many days.

I couldn’t ask for a better plumbing service. That Plumbing repaired same day and was extremely quick to respond and provide an estimate. The work was done professionally and no detail was rushed. Will use again and recommend for all plumbing needs.

Delta Plumbing came out to replace our poly pipe from the house to the road. They did a great job. They came out quickly to give a quote, installed quickly and were very friendly. I recommend them for a big job like this.

A great honest plumbing service company. Came and fixed my water heater. While he was fixing it he showed complete transparency on how the job was done explanation on how the water heater worked and showed me what was wrong. Fixed it.
He also came out a few days later to check up and ensure that things were working properly.

All around just an honest plumber.

I will be using Best 1 Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs. They are very professional and responsive. The owner was kind enough to have the service manager provide me with an estimate the same day I called. The repairs were completed a few days later and the service manager showed up early, was very professional and completed the work in a timely manner. Keep up the great work.

The first plumber sent to my house was rude and not helpful. The second was more professional, but gave me an estimate of over $17,000 to replace my pipes because they were so rusted on the inside that they were only half the diameter. Needless to say, this estimate was a complete scam. Two other companies confirmed with cameras that my pipes were perfectly fine and did not need to be replaced. Attached is a picture of my rusted pipes.

I was scheduled for an appointment on Monday, June 20, 2022. The technician did not show up nor did I receive a call to let me know there was a problem. I was given the technician’s name and number by Choice Home Warranty. I called several times but nobody answered. This is extremely poor customer service. I made myself available only to be gooked. I reached back out to Choice Home Warranty Service to have another company come over. I told Choice Home Warranty that it wasn’t fair that I took the time to make myself available only to be disappointed. When you are considering a plumbing service, please pass HARRIS PLUMBING & DRAIN SERVICE by. Promises are not kept and they are a waist of time.
