I had a great experience with ESTES for my first service check-up. Thomas P. called to let me know he was on the way. He was very professional and did a thorough inspection of our HVAC, confirming proper operation of the cooling system so we are set for the summer heat. He also changed the air filter. He provided a detailed report and a callback number in case I have any questions. I recommend ESTES.

JR Plumbing is a great company. He was on time courteous and did the job right the first time. The price was good and fair.

Fast service and friendly staff but an absolute rip off. I was charged $60 for them to drive two miles and give me an estimate. That $60 is usually $80 which they acted like they did me a favor for charging less. Upon arrival... I was quoted $450 to fix my toilet alone. To install
a kitchen sink, update shower hardware and fix my toilet was $1400. Massive price gouging. For $450 I could buy 3 toilets at Home Depot. Again, the staff was nice but don’t waste your time or money.

This is the first time we’ve used RS Andrews. They’re great with keeping you informed and very prompt. We hadn’t had our HVAC serviced in quite some time and we were due. Jonathan came out and got the job done well, was incredibly efficient, and I hope he stays our tech. The office staff are very communicative and kept us informed of his ETA. I’m glad I called them.

I had a major leak that I was not sure where it was coming from. I called QAP and initially I was told they could not send someone out until 3 days later. I received a call back in less than 30 mins and was told they could send someone out right away. Alexis showed up and he was very professional and determined to find the issue to repair. He was fast and the repair cost was minimal. I really appreciate the speedy response. I can now go on my vacation and not have to worry about returning home to a nightmare.Thank you QAP and Alexis!!!

I heard that they’re good and we scheduled an 8am appointment to fix a broken sink but they didn’t show. :(
We called at 8:45 and was told it would be at least another hour.
Guess they’re too busy for new customers.
Sucks when you’ve arranged the whole week’s schedule to be home!
