Both Mike and Dakota were very professional when they installed my new heating and air conditioning unit (Heat Pump). They definitely were skilled and new exactly what to do. I was confident to leave them at my home alone to do the installation. Even though it was a late Friday, there was a problem with my electrical box, they took the extra time to go to the local home improvement store to get the proper part to do the repair. They did it willingly so they would not have to return for another visit. I appreciated it very much. Very pleased with my installation, now it is getting use to the new system. I was amazed by this company’s fast services. I got off the phone with them and within an hour, they’re at my door. The clog in my sink was cleared in no time.

I was Charged $577 for replacing $11 worth of 1/4” turn stop. Think twice before calling them.

All ethical business owners should honor the contract when one of their plumbers needs to properly install a significant piece of equipment that fails within twenty-four hours, offer a partial refund, and apologize.

But Mr. Weimar would rather deny his company's incompetence and blame it on the high water pressure required to supply 127 townhomes since 1986. Based on my interaction with Mr. Weimar, he cannot afford to write a check for $7500 for the partial refund and non-performance.

Mr. Weimar assisted the association pays to his company $11,750 before completing the job. The partial refund includes $2150 in property damage because his plumber failed to call in utilities before digging and struck our street light junction box. A promising sign is that an individual needs to be more professionally committed and less desperate to engage in work beyond their skill set.

Adding insult to our injuries, even though there was no signed, expressed, or implied agreement for additional exploratory leak detection after several days of troubleshooting, Mr. Weimar is counter-suing our HOA association for $1650, claiming we did not pay for a half day.

According to our gate entry log, Mr. Weimar's assertion has no merit since we did not have a water leak on Friday, August 26, 2022, and Mr. Weimar cannot prove his plumber was on our property.

Since we paid Peach Plumbing and Drain, LLC, for the back-filling service, when his plumber returned the following Monday to complete the job, he was on site for almost two hours before reporting a new leak. We found a qualified mechanical plumbing company that installed two compression couplings within hours. Another $5275 went to them to correct and repair the docile water pipe that Peach Plumbing and Drain, LLC could not accomplish.

Beware of a plumbing business that does not publish a brick-and-mortar location which could help Mr. Weimar avoid ongoing accountability. It's worth a few minutes to check a business's reputation with the BBB on the front end.
