Excellent, fast & friendly service!

Our water heater kept going out. I knew it needed a new thermocouple. I had it disassembled and the burner out to see the thermocouple I ordered didn't seem right. I thought for sure my family would be taking cold baths and showers until something could happen the next day.. I called at 6:30pm and they were here about 2 hours later by 8:30pm. Turns out my thermocouple was right and no less than 20 minutes after arriving my water heater was roaring and getting toasty once again!Both the office workers and the plumber were very professional. He was also very thorough and educated me on a few things too! I am so grateful and heaven forbid something goes wrong Delta Plumbing is my go to! :)

They gave me options as to the best routes to take for my repairs and completed the job in a timely fashion. When you’ve got plumbing issues, you need someone quick. I called so many people. Everyone was so vague about price and nobody could come today. Matt said he didn’t charge anything to check it out and would give me a set price before he did any repair and once repaired I would pay that price and nothing more. It was low on Freon 145 bucks and its blowing ice cold.

Called Fix & Flow Plumbing on the basis of their strong 5 star ratings and they were awesome! Stellar service and their cost was less than half of the other estimates I had received. They fixed the crazy hack job outflow that a previous owner had DIY'd and spotted a few other problems I was unaware of but would have disastrous if they hadn't been rectified. AND they did all the work on the same day. Their work is literally beautiful to behold and I keep staring at my beautiful new pipes and copper fittings. My technicians were conscientious, informative, polite and very tolerant of my curious dogs. Highly, Highly recommend Fix & Flow!!

UPDATE: I've used Fix and Flow several times since my initial review for everything from repairing outdoor faucets to fixing more issues left by the previous owner's DIY disasters. They have been STELLAR every single visit. They are my number one favorite service providers and their staff is amazing, helpful and super efficient. Love Fix & Flow!!

I wouldn't use them again for a project involving any indoor parts of the house- they just do not treat your house the way they would treat a house that has people living in.

They didn't use dropcloths when cutting open the ceiling and removing pipes with caked on sewage, left drywall dust everywhere, left the doors wide open to let bugs in and AC out even when we asked them not to (Dennis said I'll ask them to shut doors but I don't have control over what my workers do). They were delayed repeatedly such that our ceiling was left open for over 2 months for what was supposed to be work done on 3 different days. At the end of the work, they didn't put my oven all the way back in place until I specifically asked. They cracked the cooktop surface on my oven and the frame around my microwave and didn't respond when I pointed this out to them. I'm still cleaning up drywall dust months later. Oh, and the smell that was the original reason for the project is still not fully resolved.

They seemed really capable and knowledgeable on the front end, but now I'm out thousands of dollars with a big mess to clean up.
