Matt responded to my message within an hour and was at my house the same day to fix my heat. When I told him my heat wasn’t working he made me a priority due to the cold weather. Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

Fix & Flow is one of the most professional, high-quality plumbers that I've ever worked with. They were fast, responsive, knowledgeable, and took the time to not only do the repair, but help us think about plumbing issues that may arise in the next couple years.

The only downside is the adage of fast / quality / cheap - pick two. Fix & Flow is expensive...like very expensive. They do all the things to justify the price, but still. I might call again, but I'll also be a bit more discerning about the job & will also have other plumbers that I call first.

We had a major leak in our home, and Ricky Was dispatched to detect and assess the leak. Ricky was up front about all costs involved, oft, and did a thorough job.. There is nothing more pleasing then a plumber who cleans up after themselves when they leave. Excellent job will definitely be using Mr. Rooter again.

I ordered a dishwasher from BrandsMart and they told me I needed to replace the water line as well, if they are to install it. Seems simple enough but when they came, they said I needed a plumber to change out my water connection and what not.Long story short, Josh, from cash plumbing came out and took a look. He immediately told me that what they are asking me to do is not necessary. I went ahead and asked how much would it cost to do it any way, and he let me know. I asked how much it would cost to intall the dishwasher and he let me know. I asked him A LOT of questions and again, he let me. He let me know, so much, to the point where I installed the dishwasher myself after he left!The point is, honesty, integrity, that’s important when you have a customer and business relationship. He could have made a nice amount for a quick job but wanted me to be knowledgeable about what is needed and what is not needed. So I appreciate that.Right now, we live in VERY trying times. The moral in the world is so down, right now. So it’s nice to deal with a company that wants what’s best and not out to get over on you. If I ever need plumbing work, I am defiantly calling Cash Plumbing!

I had Brendan rebuild a door frame that the waterproofing folks had to tear up and it looks as good as new. Also added a vent for some airflow while there and it works great. Looking forward to having him take care of more projects. Great communication when getting a quote too.
