Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

After 24 years we had a solidly blocked kitchen drain. The blockage went for about 15ft. I called a well know plumbing company that advertises on Radio, TV and bill boards etc. and are affiliated with a Heating and Air company. They charged a reasonable $50 estimate fee but the quote from them was $2400.00 to $2800.00 and couldn't guarantee that my carpet wouldn't be ruined. I wanted a 2nd opinion so at random and as luck would have it, I call North Atlanta Plumbing in Woodstock. Arthur (the owner) answered the phone and came out the next day to give me a FREE estimate. One of the first things Arthur said was that that they would protect our carpet with plastic. $800.00 + $85.00 to remove the garbage disposal to which the mega company quoted $250.00 just for the disposal removal. The job was done in the time promised and they did a great job. Thank-you Arthur and sons great job.

Fix and flow contacted me in a timely fashion after requesting an appointment through their website. They provide text message updates when the plumber is on the way to the unit. Although, my shower drain turned to be a bigger project and was not fixed the day of the job, the plumber we had, Micheal Lamb, was awesome. He was very professional and gave me a clear explanation on the plan moving forward! Definitely recommend and will use their services again! :)

Herun and Gareth were very helpful in our situation. I was able to easily book the appointment and they were on time. Both were able to dialogue with me about my plumbing issue and it was resolved quickly and satisfactorily.

Gas hot water heater was leaking by pressure relief valve. I choose to have them replace the entire hot water heater. Michael was professional courteous and explained things to me in detail. He came the next morning as sceduled and completed the job that day. Will definatley recommend this company to everyone!
