Called and scheduled installation with Sharpe’s Plumbing. Was told by receptionist they will pick up toilet from home supply store. No arrival, no pick up , and no call on scheduled date. No apologies. No customer service. Not reliable.

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

I was referred to GTB Plumbing through a neighborhood Facebook page. Jon returned my call right away and was on-time to both appointments I had with him. He fixed one of my problems and didn't charge me since it was a simple fix. The other issue required him to find and purchase a part. When he came back to install that part, he only charged me half of what he had estimated since the repair was not as involved as he had originally thought. I appreciate Jon's honesty and professionalism and will call him again when I have plumbing needs.

Unfortunately we have had to use F-B several times because of recurring leaks but am pleased to say that they have responded on time and have fixed the leaks quickly, efficiently , and cleaned up well when finished. Bob Gibson

We were having low water pressure issues due to the cheap pressure valve Lennar used on our new home. After being annoyed for over a week, I found Alliance online and had my husband call them. The whole scheduling process was quick and easy, they came out the next day earlier than expected and got our water pressure valve replaced in 30 minutes. Water works great now they did a fantastic job. Will use them again in the future for any plumbing needs.

I called North Atlanta Plumbing today around 10am and left a message that I needed a new water heater. Someone called me back before noon and set up an appointment for 2:00. They were here before 2:00 and done by 5:00. I got a new water heater and I’m happy!

Fixed a broken joint in the pipe in my lawn. Was a very easy fix since it just needed a piece replaced, and was a very professional job. However, it was expensive ($700) since they charge a high priced $350/ hour. Next time I could probably get someone to do it for half that
