I called 3 different places who said they were open on Sundays before actually reaching a live person at A-Plus. The person answering the phone said he could have someone out to see why my hot water tank pilot wouldn't light. I gave them my address at 1:20 and by 3 the job was completed. They were a life saver because the thought of starting a Monday off with a cold shower was terrible. Definitely recommend them!

I called so many people. Everyone was so vague about price and nobody could come today. Matt said he didn’t charge anything to check it out and would give me a set price before he did any repair and once repaired I would pay that price and nothing more. It was low on Freon 145 bucks and its blowing ice cold.

I have been a loyal Estes customer since 1998. Outstanding service, quality Carrier products warrantied for ten years. I had two central air conditioning systems replaced today with energy efficient Carrier units by two outstanding technicians-O.T. and Brian.They worked all day and were not in a rush. It was very clear that they were not leaving until the new systems were perfect. While there are many heating and air conditioning companies operating in the Atlanta area, they are all looking up to Estes. I maintain a service agreement for all of my heating and air conditioning systems and I recommend that arrangement. I can promise you that you will NEVER be disappointed with Estes-if you are they will guarantee to make it right.

Eddy repaired several things at my mothers house in Jonesboro and I'm extremely happy with how much he accomplished and bringing some of the old things in the house to a better and working condition. House was built in 1964 so he had his work cut out for him and he made it happen at a very affordable cost. I don't live that close to my mom's house and found them on the internet. So glad I found them. The office lady was very nice but seemed a little distracted so don't let that keep you from using their company. Ha! I hate to mention that but I almost canceled and glad i did not. I used Eddy and he's very knowledgeable!

M Cary sent Ian Carby out to do an estimate on work in my kitchen and bathroom. The main work required them to turn off the full water in my condo building which is 100 years old (gently). They had to install turn off valves (5), install a new toilet and flange, new sink, new faucet, remove garbage disposal and put in new supply lines, etc. This was a 3 visit process due to tile repairs, etc. They were on time and did this on budget. Ian is the plumber, nice guy, respectful, flexible and good at communications. Michele one of the owners is great too in helping me with scheduling and getting insurance docs, etc. Lastly, there was a need to make an adjust to the water temperature - no problem Ian came right back out and handled it quickly. They are not the least expensive but they stand behind their work and I appreciate the ability to do business with a local business. Try them and make sure you ask for Ian Carby - he's the best!

When our water heater broke down, I called Atlanta Plumbing and the person I talked to was able to explain to me what have happened and what I should do. A few minutes later, they were at my door and wasted no time in fixing the problem.

We finally finished dealing with this nightmare company for a project that we restarted at the end of February (please note that’s 3 months for a simple plumbing project.) I say restarted, because in January, we first had to pay them to fix the complete wrong thing, even though I repeatedly told them it wouldn’t help. They just kept reassuring me that they know plumbing and it will solve the problem. Well, shockingly, they had to come back to do an additional 6.5k worth of work. During this time, they repeatedly delayed the work, just plain didn’t show up when they said they would, and lied to us about it (we have a camera! We know when they were there!). They didn’t put down any drop cloths while installing new drywall and covered our upholstered furniture in debris. When I complained to Dennis, the owner, he told me “I can’t apologize more.” He had not apologized a single time at this point. His crew left our door open unnecessarily for entire days letting bugs into the house. Without asking they used our yard waste bins and other things of ours they found around to collect debris including actual human waste! At one point after we said that we were unable to accommodate them on a certain day (after the repeatedly delayed times on us) they called to literally beg to come that day because they’d already be in the area. Every part of this company was unprofessional and awful, I hope we can save you the experience of having to deal with them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
