I just wanted to give Delta Plumbing recognition for such excellent customer service experience and such a quick response. Brian Jackson was the service tech that initially came out to our home. He took the time to evaluate the situation and thoroughly detailed a course of action to take care of the problem. He was very pleasant and worked very hard to get the job completed. Scotty was an additional tech that came to assist Brian and they both double teamed my plumbing issues in the most cost effective way.I would highly recommend Delta plumbing and I will be a lifelong customer after receiving such a positive customer service experience. July 3rd had family in from out of town. They smelled gas I called the gas company and my drying gas line was leaking. Gas company shut my gas off. I called Sharpe's Plumbing and they came out that day and fixed it. Thank You very much

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

Had great experience with Chen Plumbing. They were professional, friendly, worked quickly but also did a great job. I even ended up asking them about a couple of extra issues, and they were happy to take a look. Definitely recommend. I waited too long to write this review, so I forget the man's name who came, but I think it was Mike (?). He was great.

Anthony Thompson is the best, experienced, knowledgable, and friendly. He solved my water heater problem and explained to me the process. I will definitely use Fix & Flow Plumbing next time! Very impressed.

I wouldn't use them again for a project involving any indoor parts of the house- they just do not treat your house the way they would treat a house that has people living in.

They didn't use dropcloths when cutting open the ceiling and removing pipes with caked on sewage, left drywall dust everywhere, left the doors wide open to let bugs in and AC out even when we asked them not to (Dennis said I'll ask them to shut doors but I don't have control over what my workers do). They were delayed repeatedly such that our ceiling was left open for over 2 months for what was supposed to be work done on 3 different days. At the end of the work, they didn't put my oven all the way back in place until I specifically asked. They cracked the cooktop surface on my oven and the frame around my microwave and didn't respond when I pointed this out to them. I'm still cleaning up drywall dust months later. Oh, and the smell that was the original reason for the project is still not fully resolved.

They seemed really capable and knowledgeable on the front end, but now I'm out thousands of dollars with a big mess to clean up.
