I had a brand new faucet put in a bathroom(by a plumber that I used in the past) for a rental home of mine and 2 months after my tenants moved in, water started spraying underneath the sink and unto the floor. I was on my way to check it out when I saw Raymond's truck in the Home
Depot parking lot. I called him, he came outside, and followed me to my rental home. He informed me that the faucet was installed incorrectly and even showed me the difference! He even cleaned up after himself when he was finished! I have definitely found a new go-to plumber!

I called them Saturday morning and Harold came by just 3 hours later to fix my garbage disposal. He was very friendly and professional and he was able to unclog the disposal and get it working perfectly again, which saved me hundreds from having to buy a new disposal. We have two small kids (5 & 3). of course, they have put stuff down the toilet. I bought one of those snake things and once retrieved a colored pencil. So when our toilet in the en suite wouldn't flush properly, I wasn't alarmed. However, after snaking it several times, plunging it like I am Mario, and trying some of the Green Gobblin stuff...I knew it was beyond my scope. I reluctantly called Roto Rooter. It's my first time. They came (charged no like house visit fee), examined my toilet, and explained my options. They fixed the problem and pulled a piece of plastic that is used to hold new candle wicks up.....WAs it cheap? NOpe, but I am glad I have a solution. I would definitely use Roto Rooter again. The two gentlemen Jace and WAyne!

Jason, the owner, replied to my text late in the evening, but would not be able to help with my problem. Instead he referred me to his hydro jetting tech (also Jason) to clean a sewer line. I appreciate the professionalism he showed with the referral and.by putting the customer first.
The other Jason showed up the next day; and did a good job at an incredible price. I was being quoted up to $2,500 for hydro jetting 90' of pipe. Jason did it at a fraction of the cost.
