I spoke with some one set up my appointment and never heard back from anyone from this company again! I called 20x looking for the service technician once I seen my appointment window had expired but no one answered and the next business day I have still yet to hear from them even tho I’ve went with a more replicable company and received service they don’t know that! DONT DEAL WITH THEM KEEP SEARCHING ON GOOGLE PLEASEEEEEE

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

Unable to determine the source of a leak and Chen investigated and identified the likely source. Repair made along with replacing some old components. We'll see if that was it!

Great experience scheduling our appointment and explaining our issues with Nadia's excellent customer service, great punctuality and notice when otw by their text message linking technician's location, amazing work performed by Jace and apprentice Phil. They were able to fix two problems with our vent stack pipes. One horizontal joint leaking in the attic and a perforated one inside our wall. Drywall access hole created very clean and accurate leaving the opportunity for an easier repair for me. Professional, attentive to detail, communication with updates during the job, and thorough leaving the areas clean. I've found my go-to plumber in Atlanta.

We started a landscape project and found a leak that needed to be quickly repaired. Tim was recommended from another plumber and he responded and arrived quickly. He assessed the situation, was clear with what needed to be done. The team was able to get the job completed the same day, allowing for the landscape project to be done the next day. We are very appreciative of Tim’s hard work, quick response and fair pricing.

These guys are great. I had Roto-Rooter do some work before, and I think I got ripped off. But NOT J.R. Plumbing! Their prices for a water heater install were totally reasonable, along with doing the work to install another hose spigot on the outside of our house.

I'm an engineer, and I really appreciated the fact that J.R. knew what he was talking about. They are a Rheem dealer and know all about the fancy new high efficiency heat-pump water heaters. If you want a real *upgrade* to your water heater then you need to call someone like J.R. that has dealt with this stuff before.

I totally recommend them and now I can say that I have a plumber that I can call whenever I need them! Thanks!

Norwood plumbing had a very fast response when a pipe bursted under my house. I did get some water damage but their quick response and repair saved me a lot of money. I like the fact that the job was done professionally and quickly.
