I will never use you guys again I will never Recommend them to anyone I had a problem with my bathroom sink which they came out and so call fix 2 weeks later had the same problem waiting for hours for the to come out to fix the problem no call no show and now they won’t pick up the phone when I call nope sorry job and poor Customer service

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

When our water heater broke down, I called Atlanta Plumbing and the person I talked to was able to explain to me what have happened and what I should do. A few minutes later, they were at my door and wasted no time in fixing the problem.

Logan and his team are the best! My drains were backing up and no one could figure out the problem; a few plumbers thought I might have a septic tank - in the middle of Atlanta! Logan was the SEVENTH plumber to come to my house and he identified the problem and fixed everything super fast for a very reasonable price. He has also come back since then to replace my kitchen and bathroom faucets (for purely cosmetic reasons). So he can do anything from replacing broken pipe that is under a porch and several feet underground to small jobs inside the house. 10/10 would recommend and will use again.

RIPOFF!!! I requested a plumber to look at my garbage disposal. 1) he arrived 30 minutes late without any explanation. 2) Without so much as looking at the garbage disposal, I explained to him what seemed to be the problem and he immediately stated the disposal would need to be replaced. 3) He was going to charge $595 to install a $150 device!!! After I explained to the plumber I would not pay that amount, I had a friend to come over and look at the garbage disposal. Within a matter of 15 minutes, he resolved the issue and it now works. WHICH COST ME NOTHING! Buyer beware - do NOT trust Panther Plumbing

I’ve hired Tim’s company twice, once to install a tankless water heater, second time to fix a waste pipe clog and install a new garbage disposal, new pipes under the kitchen sink and house, and a vent. His guys are very professional and nice; they make very clear ahead of time during the initial quote what work will be done, what it will cost, and they do great work. Some things I value in tradesmen since we’re paying for it is good clean work, making my life easy, and doing the job in a reasonable timeframe. Both times they were minimally intrusive, fast, and respectful. Highly recommend this company.

Very unprofessional!! Lack of accountability not only from the employees but the owner as well. I have been dealing with the owner John since October it is now January and nothing fixed. He has a very poor attitude and only concern is giving rushed half service so he could make it to his tattoo appointment. Its always an excuse with these people. Three missed appointments, poor attitude, come to a work site unprepared, and still find the time to cry victim. The owner John had the nerve to tell me a customer he's doing me a favor. lol. I will be also reporting him to the BBB. Contractors like him and his staff makes it so hard for people to trust.

I used Norwood Plumbing to replace a hot water heater in my college park rental property. They were fast, efficient and resonable priced. I will be using them for plumbing services on all my rental properties from now on.
