Everyone at Morningside Plumbing are so nice from the estimate, the front office scheduling through the installation. The tankless WH install was today and the 2 techs (both named Josh) started around 10 am and didn't stop until everything was cleaned up around 6:30. They kept me informed throughout the day and couldn't have been nicer. I will definitely be using Morningside for any of my plumbing needs and recommending them to friends, family and neighbors. Everyone was just terrific.

Contacted North Atlanta Plumbing to have them install a dishwasher. They were able to come the next day and pricing was good. Matt & Rusty did a fabulous job installing it in a timely manner. They turned everything back on and made sure it worked properly before leaving. Was so satisfied they are coming back to fix other plumbing issues.

On 101921, Better Plumbing Services, 1216 Green St. SW, Conyers Ga, replaced the garbage disposal in my kitchen. I paid $395.00 for this service.
Shortly after, ran my dishwasher and it would not drain. Now I’m a busy person, and not above washing dishes by hand, so it wasn’t until today that I got an appliance repair man to come look at my dishwasher. I thought choosing to call an appliance repair man was what a typical, prudent, person would do! Well, the appliance repair man found that the reason my dishwasher would not drain was because the garbage disposal was improperly installed (there is a plastic plug that must be knocked out so the dishwasher will drain). I paid $183.95 to have this fixed today.

Immediately called Better Plumbing Services to request they reimburse me for the repair charge I incurred due to their improper installation of the garbage disposal. I was told, sorry, they can’t do that because I did not call them to fix it. How am I suppose to know that my dishwasher problem was caused by their botched installation of my garbage disposal.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Superior Plumbing... superior service. Emily and Ken provided excellent service from my first call (thanks Emily) to Ken's diagnosis and repair. Ken was prompt, professional, and gave me confidence that he could fix our problems. I will definitely use Superior Plumbing in the future.Just an update... I have used Superior for two more services since this original review. One was a small installation job done by Erik and the other an extensive replacement of a major drain pipe by Monte C. They both did excellent work. I have had three different plumbers from Superior and felt each time that they diagnosed the problem efficiently, took time to explain the procedures, alternatives, and prices. I couldn't be happier with the service I have received from Superior.
