Due to age and a little assistance from a few critters that got under our house, we were heating and cooling the crawl space as well as the house. We called Estes, and, as always, they took good care of us. Corey and Matt showed up when they said they would, assessed the situation based on the estimate, and then worked quickly and thoroughly to correct the situation. They were polite and pleasant, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure I was happy with the work before they left. Estes has been a valued service provider for us for the last 15 years, and Corey and Matt are they kind of folks they employ - professional, polite, and efficient. Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.
