I went to clean up the water that was on the floor only to realize that it was still leaking I called the office to inform them that I still had a leak and was told they couldn't get it until the next day probably afternoon so now it's been leaking all night long. They got their money I still have my leak. Until this issue is resolved i cant give a great recommendation. Plus I've had to alter my plans again today.Chris showed up repaired leak. I only gave a 4 because they had to come back. The young man was very nice and apologized.

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

Tim and his guys were great. As soon as we showed them the issue they got to work assessing the problem and running tests to see where the leak was coming from.

As soon as Tim found the leak he explained to us the issue, the process he recommended to fix it, and the cost upfront. At no point did I feel like I was being upsold, I was just getting exactly what I needed from an honest assessment. He checked out two other noisy toilets and within 4 hours had all my toilets and piping fixed.

I will be calling Tim for all my plumbing issues while I have a home in the Atlanta area.
