Replaces exterior PRV

While most people were having a good time on Labor Day, we were attempting to fix a water leak in the ceiling. I heard that they’re good and we scheduled an 8am appointment to fix a broken sink but they didn’t show. :(
We called at 8:45 and was told it would be at least another hour.
Guess they’re too busy for new customers.
Sucks when you’ve arranged the whole week’s schedule to be home!
