Best Bathtub Drain Repair in Atlanta GA

First let me say that a job that was supposed be for only one septic tank turned out to be for two septic tanks. When they couldn’t find the initial tank, they reached out to a co-worker Robert, to come out and put a camera down the line. That led to them finding a clean-out which I assume was a better way of doing things.I forgot the young ladies name who answered my call, but I’d like to say thank you to her. Zachary and his co-workers were professional from start to finish. Thank you all so much for doing such a good job.

My appointment was scheduled between 9am and 2pm. The technician finally arrived at 5:30pm after I called several times. He was nice enough, but was unable to help with my problem.

Eric is very rude and is clearly a misogynist. Like all other reviews on here, his company was contracted to do work through our warranty company. After arriving, he did not greet me or introduce himself to inform me who he was. Once inside my home he refused to listen to what the issue was. He argued with me the entire time he was here. He demanded I pay him upfront prior to doing any work and then did not perform any work stating there was no issue even though the toilet and sinks had overflowed the night before. After leaving my house, he called my husband on the phone and had a completely different attitude with him, was very kind and polite but continued to state there was no issue. Bottom line, this company has poor customer service and very inexperienced with repairing any sort of plumbing issues beyond attempting to snake a toilet.

While most people were having a good time on Labor Day, we were attempting to fix a water leak in the ceiling. After using Atlanta Emergency Plumbing numerous times, I was pleasantly surprised to hear that they provided 24-hour service. Rex and his partner, whose name I cannot recall, arrived and swiftly and expertly resolved both issues. Simply a joy to deal with. Excellent skill and proficiency! Thank you so much, Nestor and Rex!

I heard that they’re good and we scheduled an 8am appointment to fix a broken sink but they didn’t show. :(
We called at 8:45 and was told it would be at least another hour.
Guess they’re too busy for new customers.
Sucks when you’ve arranged the whole week’s schedule to be home!
