We had never used Roto-Rooter and we were so impressed with our experience in regard to professionalism, responsiveness, quality of work and expertise. We have had repeated issues with a pipe getting blocked and Roto-Rooter was more aggressive in fixing the underlying problem vs “bandaiding” the issue. Pricing is quite reasonable. Special recognition to our service technician “Stefan” for his work and commitment to excellence.

First Rate Service. We had a faucet supply hose leak. We called and they answered immediately. Fix & Flow sent Anthony right out and he diagnosed our problem immediately. He was pleasant, professional, and knowledgable. He explained our problem and gave us our repair options I could not be more pleased with the service and quality of the repair at reasonable cost. Fix & Flow and Anthony are Fantastic!

Cody Lochbaum was great helping us figure out the cause of our issues with hot water and low water pressure. He also provided really good advice about removing some old gas lamps from our yard and drew up two quotes to give us some different options. Thank you Cody!
