I had a leak from my water pipe. I tried to do it myself but it got worse by the minute. I called Ridgeway Mechanical and they were at my house in less than an hour. They fixed it quickly and gave me some tips on things to look out for. Don’t know how they do it, but they are fast and efficient.

North Atlanta plumbing was a great experience from the initial phone call with the owner, who promptly answered and scheduled same day service on a Sunday, to the diagnosis. Matt came out within hours of that call and spent a significant amount of time on a Sunday afternoon to find an elusive water leak in our kitchen. He didn’t stop until he found it! I had not been able to use my dishwasher for years before Eric can and fixed the piping under my sink. The water would pool at the bottoms of my dishwasher so I just thought the dishwasher didn't. When my garbage disposal broke, I finally caved and had a professional come out. Eric explained exactly what was going on between my garbage disposal, my clogged sink, and my flooded dishwasher.

Within one business day, everything was fixed and I've been using my garbage disposal and dishwasher without a hitch.

Explain tree roots were not my problem. It was a clogged pipe with grease. I need to flush the system out to remove the grease. I will be calling him back for his services. Thank you Mr. White.
