Best Backflow Prevention in Atlanta GA

The PlumbPros team came to my house on a Sunday after a water backup issue had us scratching our heads. Our technician helped us identify the problem, fix the problem, and get it done for less than we thought it would cost at the outset. He helped put my mind at ease and walked me through the entire process until it was fixed.

I called Roto-Rooter because of a clogged kitchen sink. They sent a technician out the next day. He looked at the sink for all of 10 seconds and said it would be $400 to snake the drain. I declined the service and the technician was in and out of my place in less than a minute. I then called Roto-Rooter about the exorbitant quote and they said they didn’t even know the name of the person assigned to my service call and they could not locate who it was. That alone was a huge red flag. Who exactly did they send out? Was it even one of their employees? I would not advise using this company at all.

We love M. Cary & Daughters! They have done work on our current house, and the one we are moving to, and their work is top notch.

Do not use this plumbing company. They're inept, incompetent and should not be allowed to practice plumbing anywhere. #FACT!!!

I hired two other plumbing companies before this one and they were not able to fix the leak that I was having in my basement. I should have called Atlanta Plumbing sooner. Their plumbers definitely know what they’re doing.

Austin quickly made the needed repair. He was very nice, knowledgeable and likes dogs. I will definitely use Slam Plumbing again.

Victor arrived well within our agreed to time frame. He identified himself, wearing booties, and repaired/replaced a broken plastic toilet seal with a metal one. He even took smartphone pics of the progress of the repair to share with us. Good experience and Victor is a great technician. We will ask for him again by name.

If you need any plumbing work done, this is the company to call! We had a water leak and they repaired the problem with efficiency and very fair pricing. Extremely professional. In the past we have contacted other plumbing services and none came close to the 100% satisfaction of Better Plumbing!!! We are beyond satisfied customers!!! Better Plumbing will be our go to for any plumbing needs.

Plumb works was very prompt, efficient, and thorough. Extremely professional and followed protocols for masking etc. They walked me through the repairs and left my bathroom spotless. I would highly recommend them.
