I called Jontell because we had a leak under the sink. He came within the hour. Upon arrival he was able to diagnose the issue, as well as tell me what I needed and could do next to address the issue we were having. He is also an electrician, so we discussed some opportunities for the future. I will be calling him again.

I was referred to GTB Plumbing through a neighborhood Facebook page. Jon returned my call right away and was on-time to both appointments I had with him. He fixed one of my problems and didn't charge me since it was a simple fix. The other issue required him to find and purchase a part. When he came back to install that part, he only charged me half of what he had estimated since the repair was not as involved as he had originally thought. I appreciate Jon's honesty and professionalism and will call him again when I have plumbing needs.

Unexpected home repairs are never fun to have to deal with especially involving plumbing problems. Victor arrived as scheduled and was ready to inspect the water pressure issue. He was friendly and took the time to explain the problem and the needed repairs to me in detail. After completing the job, he checked to make sure everything was working properly and to my satisfaction. He also gave an overview of the repairs he completed. Amazing plumbing service that solved all of the lingering problems that have been in my unit since I moved in. They cleaned my water heater, fixed the toilet that was making a hissing sound, and fixed a rattling sound in my walls. They did all of this within 3 hours and were very professional.

Jason is a consummate professional and above all an expert in his field. A gem as high quality service professionals go - hard to find and very valuable. When he's telling me what's wrong, what can be done, what cannot be done, I have no knowledge of the matter, but I know I'm receiving honest advice from an expert.

Explain tree roots were not my problem. It was a clogged pipe with grease. I need to flush the system out to remove the grease. I will be calling him back for his services. Thank you Mr. White.

Ray and his assistant were very nice and professional. They completed the work efficiently and did not leave a mess behind. Don't allow Ray's straight face to intimidate you. He's kind and harmless. I'd definitely recommend them and they listen to what you the customer have to say and doesn't attempt to discredit or act as of you're unaware of what you're talking about. Great guys who get the job done.

Called them to get an estimate for a water leak as it says on their website they can do one over the phone. No answer. No way to leave a message as the mailbox was full. We did get a text and answered that but never heard from anyone for over 24 hours. We ended up having to fix it ourselves.

Ramon and his colleague were awesome! He walked us through the issues that were going on even showing us pictures and drawing a diagram. There were some unexpected pipe issues, but they handled them efficiently. We will definitely call Peach Plumbing for any future plumbing issues!

Shawn is the BEST....I love the way he works...don't stop until it's finished. He's very knowledgeable, ,professional and works very hard. His prices are great to....I will use .him again and again and highly recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing work.

Update: In less than 3 hrs of my original post, I received a call from Owner R. Ingram. He was very kind and interested in learning what happened, and wants to get things right.
He didn't reference the post or ask me to change anything. Thanks for caring enough about my experience to call. Original Post: They were available to replace a broken water heater but in hindsight, I wished I had waited 1 day and let High Priority Plumbing do the job instead because Better Plumbing prices are higher, but product and service is inferior. A year after the heater was installed, a part failed. Better Plumbing wouldn't contact Rheem to get the part and was going to charge me more than High Priority to repair the heater. The High Priority plumber, communicated with Rheem. If you just need a job done, this company is fine, but if you want a great experience and company that really stands behind their work, you might want to consider other options.

Now I have used them couple of times and they are extremely knowledgeable, fast and reliable.

We are really appreciative to Atlanta Emergency Plumbing for the expert installation of our new water heater. Everything was great, from our initial phone call through the finished installation. Our plumbers showed up an hour after we made an appointment, and they completed the work in that time. The final price was fair and in line with the initial phone quote we had been given. We appreciate Nestor and Rex's concern of our home and time. They did a great job. I strongly advise it.
