I don’t know where to start. I have been searching for a dependable plumber for at least a month to finish the plumbing (adding fixtures, toilets, drain, turning on the water, etc.) in my basement. We all know that good help is hard to find. When I tell you that I will keep this company on speed dial, I mean that. Kenny and Z were excellent. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. I felt I could trust what they told me, and they explained everything in detail. I requested some additional work before they left, and they told me they would be back the next day to complete it. Not only did they keep their word, but I did not have to call them; they called me. I advocate excellent customer service, and this company fits the bill. I would recommend them any day of the week for your plumbing needs. Trust me! There are still good businesses out there, doing good work and providing excellent service! We've used Morningside Plumbing 3-4 times over the past two years. The customer service is excellent. Most recently, our hot water heater failed. A supervisor came out the shortly after I called, and two plumbers came back early the next morning (Saturday). We had hot water again within a few hours. The plumbers cleaned up after themselves and left the place spotless. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional.

New Construction Home Repair

I'm extremely disappointed. I made an appointment and rearranged my schedule to be present for his arrival. He never showed. My time slot was on Friday from 12-2p. At 2p I called to inquire. He ignored my call but texted stating he was on the way. Today is Sunday and I guess he is still on the way. There hasn't been any more communication.

A great honest plumbing service company. Came and fixed my water heater. While he was fixing it he showed complete transparency on how the job was done explanation on how the water heater worked and showed me what was wrong. Fixed it.
He also came out a few days later to check up and ensure that things were working properly.

So professional, so prompt - can't say enough about the amazing technicians that helped us. Robert Camp and Demarcus from Atlantis came out today to help me with a few issues ranging from fixing a natural gas leak to installing a bidet, and they were awesome! they were both friendly and knowledgable, and Robert was great at explaining the work they did.I had called with the intention of getting a quote for a new water heater, but they took one look at my unit and explained why I wasn't due for a replacement and showed me the indicators of a unit that's on its way out.I've used Atlantis a few times, both for myself and on behalf of my condo association, and each time my experience has been similar. these guys are great!
