I was impressed with the exceptional work and services provided by Mike P and Mike J. I had to install a new water heater, fix the outside waterline, leaks in the master bathroom tub, replace the R/O system, garbage disposal and laundry room and bathroom faucets. They were very responsive and went the extra mile to make sure I was a happy customer. They were efficient and clean. I would hire them again in a heartbeat! Thank you guys!

After receiving several quotes from prominent plumbers in the area, we went with the Trusted Plumber. We were already well versed with what needed to be done and considered doing ourselves but wanted a certified plumber as we were dealing with older pipes in the ground. The other plumbers in the area literally estimated 3x the estimate of the Trusted Plumber (which was cost we were expecting) AND the others charged a $39 service charge just to give an estimate which is absurd, it's called cost of doing business. Those other companies also wouldn't apply this so-called service charge to the work order. Needless to say, we will continue to use the Trusted Plumber as they had fair quote, no ridiculous estimation fees, and were able to complete the work in a timely manner.

Amazing work. Christian is friendly, knowledgeable, and really takes his time to be sure the work is done right. The work he does is affordable and quality. Thank you so much for all your help. Cannot put a price on a good honest plumber that does quality work.

Woke to toilet water running Didn’t know what to do after reading reviews & research about company I decided To go with roto-rooter and I couldn’t be happier they were at my house within an hour of my call tech was courteous Professional and very respectful gave me option with no pressure and fixed my issue I have a new toilet and no running water they are reasonable in price I am very satisfied if you want peace of mind call roto-rooter they are now my go to guys for all my plumbing needs I highly recommend thanks roto-rooter :)

They did an amazing job installing our new vanity and sinks. While they were setting up the new sinks they even diagnosed an unknown issue with the main return being clogged and ended up getting that cleared!

5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

Michael was great to work with! He was on time for the estimate and for the job. He priced very fairly and was knowledgeable about what needs to be done. He was able to complete extensive plumbing repairs all within less than half a day. I would 10/10 recommend working with Michael for any of your plumbing repair needs

I have used Sunstate for years and Mike is the best! I've had a new water heater and grinder pump installed along with other issues addressed. They are professional, friendly, competitively priced and do great work!

Nathan was super helpful in assisting me today. We’ve been having issues with roof rats and Nathan took his time inspecting existing plumbing, running scopes, and suggesting services to rule out that the rodents are coming from outside and not our sewer system.

Jack worked tirelessly to install new faucets and shoer heads in kitchen and bath. Fixed and reset a toilet, replaced water stops and checked has on my fireplace, fire pit and gas bbq. Two long days for him but all was completed professionally and on time. He is my go to guy from now on for plumbing!

I own a restaurant in Glendale and was having trouble getting a plumber to come out. I called Rapid Fire plumbing and Tom answered. Tom was very helpful and accommodating. The Home Depot referred me to Delta Mechanical for the installation of our new garbage disposal and they did great 👍🏼 First Sveto Milanov arrived early and after installation cleaned up after himself. He was not talkative but answered my questions when asked. I will definitely use them again 👍🏼
