Jake was efficient, on time, and explained things for me to know what is going on. He was also very quick to respond when hot water heater needed to be replaced. He fixed a shower drain and water regulator on the outside of the house. Definitely recommend!

They set up a new outdoor tankless water heater, combined the main house with the guest house, eliminating both a gas and electric water heater. Our attic is horrible and freshly filled with insulation, that didn’t scare them away or cause them to raise prices. My boyfriend and I just moved into an older house and some repairs were expected. Jack helped to install a new toilet since we had what looked like an older model in our master bedroom. He was professional, efficient, and gave us a great price. When he was running a bit late he made sure to communicate and if he did have to leave to pick something up he made sure to give a heads up and ETA. We had such a great experience with him that we reached out a few days later to install a waterline for our new fridge. Had a leak in the foundation where the water pipe feeds the house. Had to shut the water off. Same day response. Found the leak and set it up so we had water for the day.
Came back the next day and finished the job. Also took care of some long overlooked bathroom and shower issues.

Jack worked tirelessly to install new faucets and shoer heads in kitchen and bath. Fixed and reset a toilet, replaced water stops and checked has on my fireplace, fire pit and gas bbq.
