Observed one of your employees at the circle on 19th ave and Deer Valley... Acting very irrational yelling and cussing while banging on the gas pump after pumping some gas he left in a very big hurry

Addendum: after their plumber left yesterday I realized that they had installed the wrong toilet. I called them back this morning at 9 AM. It’s now 1 PM and the correct replacement has been installed and it’s perfect. The plumber was Mike Cooper who I highly recommend!

Aaron did a great job removing and installing my kitchen faucet and hot and cold water 1/4 turn valves. He is congenial, professional and efficient. Forrest Anderson personnel are friendly, courteous and always professional.

These guys were great! We must have talked to a dozen or so AC installation companies and Forrest Anderson gave us the BEST price by far for a top of the line AC unit. They were able to schedule the installation within a week and were able to finish what was a huge job in a day! The installers were polite and they cleaned up after themselves when the project was done. I would most definitely recommend Forrest Anderson to anyone.

Absolutely amazing! I turned our AC unit for the first time about two weeks and then left the house but when I come home, the house had gone from 79 to 82 degrees. I called a company I had previously used and they came out today only to tell me the unit needs a new compressor (unit is only 8 years old) and that it would be $3200. I called Forrest Anderson and Tara was amazing! They put me on the schedule for Monday but said if they had a technician that was done early, they would send them my way and about an hour and a half later, Dan showed up! Within about 30-45 minutes, he knew what the issue was and installed a hard start kit on the unit to get it going again. We know that is a temporary fix but even to replace the compressor under warranty is $1300 cheaper than the other company! I will continue to use Forrest Anderson for every job! Absolutely awesome from start to finish.

The technician (Dan) had to make a couple trips to my mom's place (not his fault) to deal with an older unit. Each time, he couldn't have been nicer. He was able to repair the unit and get my mom's heating unit going again. Cannot say enough nice things about him and the company. They will treat you fair and get you squared away.

My experience was not good. First of all Forrest missed the first appointment and wasted my tenant's time. They showed up the next day. They completed the job but presented a highly inflated bill. Bill included travel time which they deducted later when questioned - discourteous manager - who asked me not to use their services in the future just because I questioned the high bill. . I will not recommend Forrest to anyone.

My GE Geospring 80 gallon heat pump water heater was leaking. It was still under warranty, but I needed a plumber to determine if the leak was due to defective manufacturing. EJ, the veteran plumber, has worked on these atypical units before so I knew I could trust him. He determined why it was leaking, contacted the manufacturer and arranged for a replacement water heater. Picked it up immediately and came back to install. He was very patient and kind. Highly recommend this professional company.

Very happy to get same day service, since having a jammed sewer line is a bit of an emergency. The guy brought everything he needed and got right at it, in 108 degree heat. I don't know how anybody can do that. He was also a very congenial person; even my Pit Bull Chloe liked him, and he actually petted her, which really deserved a tip, which I forgot. Called at the last minute for one of our rental propertes that had a leak in the shower. They showed up on time and did a great job and had the repair done in just under and hour. The tech (Justin) was excellent and very nice and helpful. The office staff (Chris) was ver nice and helpful in scheduling the repair. We couldn't be happier with the service or price of repair. Had them out twice now for plumbing and AC issues. Was going to call my bank for a second mortgage, knowing it was gonna be expensive. Apparently not. Both minor issues and not too bad on the checkbook. Love the honesty and quality workmanship.

Forrest Anderson goes above and beyond for their customers. They have worked with me on 3 major projects all over the Phoenix area. They have always answered the phone, shown up when they said they were going to. The field guys are neat and professional, they always clean up any mess (sometimes not even theirs). I work all across the country with companies and I will say I am mighty impressed with them. This is on BOTH the plumbing and HVAC side.

I had Forrest Anderson come to my home October of last year to fix plumbing in my kitchen. In order to repair the plumbing, we had to demolish the counter, sink and tile flooring. The first time they came out they demolished the kitchen and told me they fixed the problem with the piping by replacing a part of galvanized piping with ABS. I then had a temporary sink installed and the first time I used it there was water leaking out of the wall. Obviously, they didn’t fix it correctly the first time and had to send another tech out to install a vent in the wall. This should have sent up a huge red flag, but unfortunately I know little about plumbing and have to trust the company I hire.

Since then, the same problem is back. I have had 2 separate companies come out and scope the area that was previously repaired, and they both advised me that Forrest Anderson didn’t use the correct adaptors to go from galvanized to the ABS pipe causing the pipe to shift, so it is now causing a lip and catching everything hence causing the blockage and flooding again.

I called the Forrest Anderson, not only were they not willing to accept any responsibility or offer to come out and verify it wasn’t their faulty work, but they were incredibly rude.
Their parts state they have a year warranty. They will not honor this. It has only been 6 months since their apparent “repair”.
I am disappointed not only in the lack or quality provided by this company, but also their lack of accountability to take any steps to review their previous job.

Stay away from Forrest Anderson unless you want repeated problems due to botched jobs, they won’t be willing to correct.

Forrest Anderson is phenomenal! They are top-notch professionals every step of the way, starting with how they answer the phone, schedule service, show up with a smile, do beautiful and clean work, repair issues with knowledge and skill, and electronically invoice afterward. Technician Alex is my main man; he always finds the issue in a minute, explains it, fixes it, and leaves things cleaner than he found it. It's probably a little strange, but since I found Forrest Anderson, A/C issues just don't bother me anymore.

Forrest Anderson sent out the tech on call, Javan to my residence early Saturday morning. He was very polite and upfront about the charges associated with the weekend and emergency scenario. I Called Forrest Anderson Plumbing & Air Conditioning on Thursday to service my three split system A/C Heat pumps. They scheduled me for the following Monday which is the only day I could meet them. They showed up on time, I even received a text to let me know that were on the way. They completed the work in less time than I had planned. When the finishes, I received a full detailed report with photos and read outs with all of the system details shown. What a great experience! I would Recommend Forrest Anderson to Everyone!

Plumbing tech, Aaron, was professional, courteous and very responsive. He removed an old garbage disposal (which do not use) creating more space under sink, and replaced a leaking outside faucet as well as a rubber washer hose with a braided metal type (better suited for hot AZ temps). He checked a dated refrigerator icemaker dispenser shutoff valve, which was functional and not leaking, and advised not replacing it. Forrest Anderson is my go-to plumber; always reliable and trustworthy!

I have used Forrest Anderson several times and the one thing I am always impressed by the most is how clean they leave everything. It’s the messiest job and everything is spotless when they are done. This time they came on a Saturday because of a burst pipe within 45 minutes of me calling.
