We had a RO system installed with a hook up to the refrigerator for the ice maker. Ben did an excellent job. He did a custom level job to hook up the refrigerator. We are very excited to be able to use our ice maker again. Our entire experience with Robin Plumbing was outstanding from talking to Stephanie to make the appointment to the quality of work that Ben preformed.

I recently purchased a home that had been vacant for five years. Robins Plumbing was available quickly and Ben did a thorough inspection so I was comfortable with all potential costs during my inspection period. Robins was proactive in scheduling the work upon my close and was in doing work in under a week of possession. They were also able to recommend an HVAC and Electrician to do our washer / dryer relocation. Ben was very involved with both the HVAC Company and Electrician to ensure the project went smoothly. Ben and Nate arrived promptly each day and stayed late to make sure the job stayed on track. They were extremely professionally and very cautious about keeping my pets safe and inside. Ben did a great job of explaining all the repairs to me and giving me future tips. I couldn’t have been happier with my experience with Ben and Nate and will continue to use Robins. I highly recommend them and have tried several plumbers in the past I would not reuse.

I’ve used Robins twice both times prompt and professional . Once for my business once for home. Steve came out and realized that previous electrical that had been done on my demo was not up to code. This could have been a disaster. I was able to resolve the issue with the original contractor . It would out to be a waste of time for Robins. They were happy to help and followed up a few weeks later. They set the standard for what you would hope all contractors would follow .

Unfortunately I found a huge plumbing problem today when leaving from work. Didn’t know what to do about this since I had no idea what I was looking at. Luckily, I called Robins plumbing and they sent Josh. He knows his stuff! Josh calmed me down and walked me through everything. I felt at easy even though my house was damaged with water everywhere. I can appreciate the trade so much as I haven’t had to deal with too many plumbing problems over the years. After dealing with another plumbing company and feeling like I was robbed almost at gun point, our experience with Robin's Plumbing was amazing. Damon and Ben were truly great. They talked with us during the process letting us know what was happening and explaining how things worked. Cody was friendly and hard working, the staff on the phone was great at 4 am as well. We now know who to call for any plumbing issues in the future.
We were having a pretty simple stoppage in our kitchen sink. We tried snaking ourselves and we tried vinegar and baking soda but couldn’t get it unclogged. With three kids at home during summer break, we needed it fixed. A friend of mine in Texas is a plumber and recommended Robin’s Plumbing. Grant came over the next day. He was on time, he snakes the drain and explained our pipes are made of galvanized steel. We live in an older neighborhood, so that made sense, and he gave us regular maintenance tips we can do ourselves. He was great and the price was fantastic. I will recommend them to everyone!

I experienced a back up sewer, drain and spent the morning calling several plumbers. Most of them did not answer the phone and had a messaging service. The ones that did answer, could not get out today or referred me to other services. I came across Robins Plumbing and called. My call was answered immediately and within an hour a technician was here, he cleared the drain from outside in less than an hour! The service was excellent. The timing was incredible. The technician Damon was incredibly professional, courteous, and clean! The price was incredibly fair and well worth it! Highly recommend this business!!

We moved into our historical home and found out a month later that we needed a complete repipe. We did our research and got multiple estimates, but Robins was the best choice we could make for our home. When Autumn came to the house, she figured out exactly what needed to be done and explained it so I could understand my decisions, she answered every question and was transparent about the whole process. Her authentic delivery of bad news was empathetic and then she would take care of it, as we agreed.

I had a plumber come to help with a clogged line that quoted me over $10,000 to replace our entire line. I had Damon come look at our drain and was able to clear the line right away and avoid excess charges and saved us thousands of dollars. He also took the time to educate me about the issues we were experiencing and what to look out for in the future. I have never worked with a plumber as honest and helpful (not to mention my very shy 2 year old LOVED Damon, so that helped) and I will never use another service. I cannot recommend Robins Plumbing or Damon's service highly enough!

Fast and professional service by Eddy. I had an outdoor old faucet leak over the weekend. An outdoor faucet, meaning one has to turn off the water main supply to the entire house. Inconvenient. Eddy came in two hours and fixed it quickly and professionally, waited for 10 minutes and watched for any potential leak. Great service.

Contacted Robins Plumbing for a diagnostic. They were able to come out fast and give a detailed overview of multiple problems and provided quotes for potential upgrades and fixes. Great experience.
When we called on a Saturday we were expecting to schedule something later in the week, but had hope they could come that day. They did, they fit us in. Damon was professional and replaced our RO system in a timely manner. He left leaving no question unanswered. I would highly recommend Damon and Robins plumbing anytime.
Chris was very professional and his diagnostic was quick. However, I felt like he was trying to sell me a new toilet when I did not need one (Chris advised me that it was most likely the line). The quote was for over $750 for a new toilet/labor and parts. However, I went with my gut instinct and replaced the $5 line myself. It was definitely the line because my toilet works like new again.
I am just frustrated with a lot of companies and contractors because I feel like they are trying to get one past you if they can. I understand that everyone needs to make a living, but true customer service is providing honest advice and then trying to minimize unnecessary cost to the customer. I felt like I was at a car dealership.
I'm sure Robin's is a great company based on all of the excellent reviews. However, it would have been nice if he would have offered to conduct some trial and error before trying to make a quick sale on me. Had he even offered something like that, I would have recommended this company to all of my friends, family and co-workers. Other than the perception of Robin's trying to get a quick, unnecessary sale out of me, i would say they were very professional.

Robins Plumbing was very pleasant and professional from first call, throughout the service, and in the follow-up. Our kitchen sink kept backing up. The service technician, Nathan, explained options and their costs to clear and then clean out the line. It needed both the snake and power spray to clean out likely years of gunk. He ran both through multiple times and then ran a camera through to check and prove the work. He gave tips on how to keep it clean and what to look for if I attempt the work myself. We were extremely pleased with Robins!

We used Robins Plumbing to replace and reconnect an exterior cast iron evacuation pipe that was broken. First, we were able to have an appointment very quickly and Nate , our plumber, took the time to explain our different options and wrote down two estimates right on the spot. Hands down best service I have used in the Phoenix area. Nate has helped us a few times now and he is professional, friendly and helps us solve the problems. First rate customer service from the first phone call to the end every time. Would choose to call them every time.
I had a bad water leak from an outside hose bib on the house. It's an old house and was the turning knob kind and I wanted to get it replaced with a ball valve or what I call a lever kind. Anyway, I called around and nobody could come out the same day or I was getting pretty high quotes for it. My whole house water was shutoff so I needed same-day. I kept going down the list and came upon Robins and talked to a very nice person over the phone who I later found out is Stephanie and she was able to send out someone in an hour which was to my surprise. She also gave me a quote over the phone for it and it was the cheapest out of anyone else that did offer me a quote over the phone. She had Grant come out and he was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained everything before doing any work and was able to finish it very quickly. When he was done, he made sure it was done to my satisfaction and yes it was. Actually, it was better than I had hoped since he was able to put a small extension on to make it more convenient to use. I was very happy. He also went over all kinds of information while we stood by the bib to make sure there were no other issues.
All I can say is this was the best experience I have ever had with a plumbing company and I was very satisfied with the work and care they took. I will definitely be using Robin's Plumbing again and recommending them to everyone. Grant was the best. Thank you so much.

I got home Friday and found water outside my house and my water heater was leaking. Called up Robins and being late Friday they said they could send someone out the next day. I asked if they had anything same day and the nice person told me they would make it happen. Eddy showed up and gave me two quotes, tank replacement and tankless upgrade. I wanted to eventually go tankless so I opted for that route. Parts had to be ordered for tankless, the tank was available immediately, so we set up an appointment for Tuesday between 8-10am. He showed up just after 8 and got started. In all he mounted my tankless heater, rerouted two copper water lines, the gas line, the vent, and added an external drain. We had Damon and Jason with Robins Plumbing out because we had a stoppage causing my sewer to come up through the tub. We had a plumbing friend try to clear it and he couldn’t. Damon explained that we actually have two clean outs and had it cleared within minutes! Thank you robins plumbing!

Eddy was great finding and fixing our kitchen sink leak in the pipes . He also installed a new garbage disposal as well as putting in the new faucet.. He is very professional and knowledgeable in regards to our plumbing needs. He suggested the Osmosis system for my kitchen which I had been thinking of. So perfect timing for Eddy to install.

We recently had a drainage issue in our main sewer line and Damon was dispatched less than an hour after calling Robins. He was able to get the line cleared quickly and for a fair price. He also discovered the source of the issue was collapsing Orangeburg piping in need of replacement (while he explained the how and why of the issue to me) and was able to quickly schedule excavation and replacement with PVC. Overall, fantastic service from start to finish. Would recommend to anyone!
Eddie was able to fix my shut off valves under my sink so I can get my dishwasher installed. He also spent the time on quoting me for a new water heater and filter. We will definitely use Robins plumbing again.

Had him rebuild mains valve and separate the supply to the house and irrigation so I can shut off house supply and keep irrigation on when I'm gone. Great work. Reasonable prices with warranty.
While drilling concrete to perform termite work, one of my technicians punctured a water line that was improperly installed. Not only did Steve from Robins Plumbing respond quickly and take care of the issue, but he discovered another leak beneath the slab. Not with any technical equipment mind you (which they have), but with pure experience. Because of the quick response, we were able to complete the job ontime. Also, my customer was happy he was able to discover the other leak before costly damage was done to the home. I am totally impressed with Steve and Robins Plumbing. I would highly recommend them!

This crew is truly professional. I am extremely pleased with the level of service and attention to detail. Their technician, Josh, kept me up to date with every detail. I don't live in the area and Josh had to go out and find a specific part in the area for my shower and once he found it, it was replaced right away. He offered solid, cogent, professional advice from a distance and he and Robbins were very flexible. They also installed a new water softener system for us. Very happy with Robins Plumbing. They’re not the cheapest, but their work is done right the first time. They installed a new tankless water heater and a water softener system a year ago. Works great! Today they fixed our leaking tub plumbing. Eddie did the work on all 3 jobs. Quality work!

Ben and Nate were great to work with. They explained things clearly. Were hard working. Followed through with everything they said they would do. Cleaned up after themselves. And even adjusted my final bill where appropriate to make it as affordable as possible because we all know plumbing is not cheap. We had a water heater installed. Two toilets and an outdoor shower with hot and cold running water. Hope to use them in the future to install a propane line for a gas stove.

Charged us $388 for a $20 part that took 25 mins to fix. Tech could not quote us why so much that is just their price. could not give us a break down of the billing or what we were paying for. Caught us in an emergency and we felt like their pricing took advantage of that. Will never call them back again.
Update. After the owner read my review they decided to blackmail me. Telling me to take down my bad review or they would not complete the repair. The repair we agreed on at their overpriced fee. told them we would write a bad review over pricing. The tech then left not fixing anything. The owner of the company never called me to discuss. Tech was not throw out of the house, i never declined any service. I had agreed to pay the price.
Also, the techs name on the shirt was Brandon. Do you even know what techs go to what jobs? Did we have the right tech

The Gentleman which arrived was Chris. I spoke to Jan when I called who was pleasant to speak with. She managed to arrange for Chris to be at my home within 2 hours. Chris was courteous and very interested in solving the problem. He explained all he would do very well and made me aware of the price. Wyatt arrived on time, was Extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional and handled the job quickly. Would absolutely use this company again as this is the second issue we’ve used them for.
Spent $1400 for Robin's to install a high quality hot water heater, less than two years later the unit had a anode rod stripped by one of its techs during a replacement (after a few runs to O'reilly's for needed tools 😂) and Robin's claims manufacturer defect. Robins won't stand behind the products they sell, but they will be happy to reinstall a replacement for about 70% of the cost of the initial. Robins suggests I pursue the manufacturer to cover reinstallation costs on the unit Robins sells/installs/maintains/breaks. Good idea - that'll work. Do yourself a favor and avoid lest they Rob you too.
Review Edit: Lengthy reply by owner doesn't change the fact that $1900 dollars later I've got a defective hot water heater installed by Robins. I never asked for any work to be done for free 😂; an additional ~$1000 is absurd though on a side note though. Robins, you don't get brownie points for being PAID to replace an anode rod and being unable to do so.

I have been so pleased throughout this entire process with Robins. I knew my community had used them for some time, but I’d never personally needed them in my home until this week. Scheduling was easy and quick! Our service person, Nate, was honestly the best service provider we’ve had work on our home since we purchased. He was on time, so professional, did excellent work, patiently explained the entire process to us beforehand and during, so that we always knew exactly what was happening. Hopefully we never have to call about plumbing problems again, but if we do, we’re going to call Robins (and definitely ask for Nate, too!).

I cannot even express the gratitude I have for everyone at Robin's plumbing. As the manager of two communities you never know what kind of plumbing catastrophe is waiting to happen and every time whether it's an elevator shaft full of water, having to run down a leak in between floors, unclogging drains, or a plumbing issue that is of unknown origin these guys are the best! They always take care of our issues in a timely manner, they are reasonable priced and they handle my freak outs about water leaks with such professionalism. Our water pipe needed to be flushed out due to our waster softener broke and the beads were in the pipe blocking the water. We also had to replace the water heater tank. Joey M showed up and he was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient. Joey took the time to explain to us what happen, what needed to be done, the pricing, and how long it would take to fixed it. Damon came out while we were out of town and we had a stoppage. Damon was quick to show us what was wrong with our sewer system. He found that we had roots and even showed us where in the line and where it was in our backyard. They were quick to get out and very pleasant to deal with. They informed us when they were shutting our sewer down for the repair and were quick to get it all hooked up in under two hours. Thank you Damon and Nate for the hard work. We will definitely use them again should the need arise!

I just had new flooring installed in the bathroom and a serious leak with the toilet was discovered a few days later.
I needed someone to go out as soon as possible to prevent further damage. Robins Plumbing was able to come out within hours of placing the call to them. The technician found the problem right away-2 problems actually.

Robins Plumbing did a great job installing my new hot water heater - they gave me recommendations on the different options that were available, and the best ones that would suit the size of my home. They also repaired a sink supply line with a broken shut-off handle. Clean, efficient, on-time, and great work!
This is the second time I've used Robin's plumbing but the first time we've had to call for a serious issue. Damon was our guy and he was incredibly helpful and informative as well as friendly. We had to ultimately have our kitchen mostly demoed due to a leak in our wall. Fortunately our insurance was able to cover most of the damage and Damon was incredible at helping to guide us through a very intimidating, overwhelming and confusing process. Had a clogged main line at my house and called Robins Plumbing. I was able to get it scheduled for service quickly. The technician, Ryan, called me 30 min ahead of time and showed up at the scheduled time. They cleared the clog and were diligent about keeping everything clean. They also ran a camera through the main line to identify any possible causes for the clog and explained in detail what the video was showing, and shared the digital video file with me via email for my future reference. I thought the service was excellent and all for a fair price. I will use them again for future plumbing needs.

I needed a ball valve installed on my waterheater inlet. Alex knew just what to do. Within a matter of minutes he was addressing the addition and was finished in about 15 min. Communication was top notch! Christina went above and beyond with scheduling me quickly and with calling me before and after the appointment to make sure I was in the loop as I was out of town when our emergency happened— our college aged son was home etc. Christina had double duty of calling him to clarify his class schedule and keeping me up to date. The technician, Nate, was thorough and had the issue fixed promptly. He communicated with our son during the appointment and educated him as well (He had attempted to fix the issue on his own) Our son paid at the house with a cc and I was immediately sent a detailed invoice to my email. Our last water bill was much higher than normal, so I had to find our water leak. It didn't take long, water was bubbling up under our driveway. I called AC by J, who we have a monthly maintenance plan with and they said the leak was from the pipe to my water main and we had two options. Opt 1 was digging up and replacing a portion of the driveway to replace the pipe, Opt 2 was to burrow under the driveway and replace the line. They quoted me $4,300 and they didn’t know when they were available to do the repair.
Knowing that wasn't in our budget, I called a friend who said his house had the same issue several years ago and they routed the pipe up and over inside his garage door and it costed much less.
I went to our great neighborhood site of course, and found very high ratings for Robins Plumbing. Grant came out within a few hours, recommended the over the inside of the garage door fix and quoted me $2,500, which included a regulator and new shut off value which had never installed on our house.
Grant and his partner Mustafa arrived the next morning, worked from 8-7 with only one short break and their solution was great! No more water leak, a water regulator which was never recommended by the other company and will save my pipes from future leaks, a new shutoff valve and a great relationship that has been established for future repairs.
I am now looking at installing their Nuvoh2o water softener system and will be saving up our money and Loyalty Program Member points to save 25%! Thanks Grant, Mustafa and Robin’s Plumbing!

If I could give this company more than 5 stars, I would. They have been nothing short of exceptional. We live in a historical home in which the plumbing is not typical of what you would see in a modern house. When we had an emergency, Brandon did an exceptional job identifying the root cause of the problem, as well as with the repairs, ensuring the issue would not reoccur in the future. He completely explained everything along the way and was extremely patient with all our questions. Exceptional customer service. I can't imagine ever using another company for our plumbing needs. Damon was timely and extremely helpful for several jobs around our home. We replaced the water heater and two faucets while he was here. We got quotes from elsewhere and they were no where near the value and professionalism by staff at Robbins. I would be remiss if I didn't also mention Janet and Jeremy who helped so much with a scheduling snafu and were so great to work with as well.

I had a plumber come out yesterday to hook up the waterline to our fridge so we can have the ice maker and purified water. Honestly the plumber was professional, kind, and communicated well with me the whole time. The biggest issue I had was that after he installed the water line, it wasn’t working. He tried a couple things but ultimately left with my waterline hooked up but nothing to show for it. Our refrigerator is brand new and now we have a water line hooked up to it that doesn’t give us water or ice. Now i have to call and pay another company to come service our brand new refrigerator just to get the waterline to work which is what I thought I paid $115 for yesterday. It is unfortunate. Customer service wise, this company is great, but this issue left me feeling like I paid for something, yet Im still in the same predicament as before I called them. When he was done he had me sign a card asking if the service was done satisfactory. I felt weird signing it because yes, he did what he came to do, but we still don’t have a running waterline or ice maker. There is nothing wrong with our fridge as it is about 6 days old. I just feel like now Im left having to figure this out on my own since there wasnt any other solutions offered.
I called Robin’s Plumbing Inc on December 31st and they sent out their plumber an hour later. They sent out a nice, professional young man and his name is Damon. He is very professional and he identified the problem right away with their camera. He was done with unclogging our drain line in about half an hour. Their price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with a plumbing problem. Yes, we will use this company again in the future.

Steve came to my house to fix a drain problem. I always dread plumbers coming into my home, because they typically arrive late, make a huge, disgusting, black mess, and then track it through my home.
My experience with Steve at Robins was excellent! He was on time, communicative, friendly, AND he did an awesome job with my drain. Most impressively, he cleaned up everything with his own sanitizing spray. For sure I will be calling Robins for any plumbing issue I have in the future. Thank you!

Wow, what a difference! After coming off a disastrous interaction with another plumber, Robins professionalism and reasonable price provided a striking contrast. Robins charged only $368 for a job that my previous plumber wanted $769. Chris is the ultimate professional. He even took the time to assess the work of my previous plumber and gave me an estimate as to what Robins would have charged. Once again, it was a lot less than the other guy. His professionalism was matched by the help Janet gave me over the phone the day before. My only regret is, I didn't call Robins first.

Alex was professional. He was attentive to detail when describing the source of issue to him. He arrived early, which is great since he asked first. He is very genuine. He answered all of my questions, as I had a ton of them. He cut a hole in my wall on opposite side of repair and said he couldn’t fix it. Reduced my bill in exchange. Second day: leak still not fixed. Water everywhere after my shower. I am not happy!

Grant came to our condo to give us an estimate on redoing some of the shower plumbing. He was so nice and helpful and we scheduled a day for him to came back and fix our problem. He went over all of our options with us and helped us to decide which way we should go. We have used Robins Plumbing many times before and we have always had great service from them. We contacted Robins, Grant came out to address 3 issues we had. 2 were fairly simple and Grant took care of them quickly. The third we were not sure if it was necessary. Grant performed his check, gave a quote, told me in his opinion it wasn't needed and a waste of money, and left the decision up to me. The issue was a pricey repair. In this environment, most companies would have hit us with the repair whether needed or not and took the money and ran. Not Grant and Robins, they let us know that we didn't need the repair and left it at that. True integrity, I will use them again, recommend them again and support this company. Not many companies out there that still are trust worthy and willing to care. Thank you all

Another company had canceled on me twice so I probably wasn’t in the best mood but she was able to get me scheduled for that day with Eddy! My husband was washing the car late on a Sunday afternoon and tugged so hard on the hose that the outdoor faucet snapped off somewhere within the wall to our house. Water was gushing out of our wall. Panicked, I called Robins Plumbing which seemed to be the closest plumber to my house. While on the phone they helped me shut off the water and got a plumber to our home very quickly. They were very clear with their pricing (Sunday night emergency call) and called several times so that I knew exactly when the plumber would arrive. The plumber also called in advance to ask about our house construction to ensure that he had the correct saw on his truck to cut into our wall. I will always use this company in the future.
Josh was extremely accommodating. Came out on News Years eve. Extremely professional. Very efficient, had us with hot water within the hour. No one in town is going to beat their level of customer service or price. Thank you so much!!!

You know when something really unexpected just happens? You try all you can to resolve the issue all on your own, until you realize it's much bigger than you expect?
It happened to us a couple of weeks ago...we really didn't know where to start... then I found Stephanie online with Robin's Plumbing. I cannot tell you how much she went ABOVE and BEYOND for us! She took a stressful situation and completely put our minds at ease within ten minutes... this is the kind of service you can only wish for. Soon after, we had someone at our door to assess the situation and the ball was rolling from there. Our Plumber, Brian, was phenomenal as well; very professional, kind and knowledgeable with our questions and concerns. We already have him in mind for another project in our future and we won't look to go anywhere else for the work. We quickly gained trust with them and that in itself means so much to us. Thank you SO VERY much to the entire crew/team for ALL you do. Not only for fixing our issues, but making it comfortable throughout. Callled Robins plumbing, they sent Eddy out the same day...Eddy did an excellent job and was very polite and explained everything!
Nate and Autumn were fantastic and courteous. Walked me through the whole process and the quoted fee was the actual fee.
I had a water main break at the water meter. I call them and they sent Eddy out asap. He was able to shut off the fountain of water shooting out of my yard. He was able to fix the break and upgrade the hardware. I was impressed with his professionalism and work. He made sure everything was perfect before he left. I had two other minor plumbing issues that needed to be fixed. He was able to do them both while he was there. Eddy was friendly, and explained everything ahead of time. The quote was perfect, no hidden fees. I will be recommending this company to family. I have peace of mind knowing I have a plumbing company available 24/7.

On Jan 1, in the middle of the night, our cold water tap of our garden tub would not turn off. We ended up turning off the water to our house and waiting until 6:30 am to give Robin’s Plumbing a call. Steve was very understanding and sent out Cody to help us within the hour! We also had guests staying so it was really important to have the water working again. I am so impressed by their service on such short notice as well as the price was reasonable since it was on a holiday. Robin’s Plumbing has now gained a customer for life.

I am always concerned calling someone I have never used before, however I called in a Sunday, the person that answered was friendly and sympathetic to our clog that was backing up in the downstairs tub, they sent someone out within the hour, the tech called to confirm when he was 30 minutes out, he was professional, and informative with the problem, told me the price, which was inline with what I thought it would be, after the work was complete and our drain was checked for flow the price was exactly what they told me. Very happy with the service, and will definitely use them again for anything we may need.

We had a major water leak at our business and needed same day service. I was pleased when I called and at 11 a.m. and they had a tech out by 2 o'clock. They gave us an accurate quote on repairs needed and kept us informed on the process the entire time. I would use them again if needed.
ALL 10's! Robins Plumbing was call out they responded within an hour they were very polite and guided me through all my options. The leak was on my water service line and it ended up costing us 186$ more every month! Damon and Nate came out and dug up my water line and replaced my line with new piping and even spent time making my yard look beautiful again!From the phone call with Janet in the office to the very enjoyable and respectful Gentleman, would recommend Robins Plumbing to anyone.

Robins Plumbing installed a water softener loop, and a new gas line for my range in the kitchen. Eddy was my first point of contact, and I was impressed to see him crawling around in my attic to better understand the existing plumbing in my home and determine the best path forward. The other 4 contractors I received bids from did not put in this level of effort at first contact and their estimates were absurdly expensive. Brian and Eddy came back out to perform the work and worked great together. These guys have great communication, attention to detail, and made sure I was satisfied with the work performed.
Autumn was right on time and explained everything that needed to be done and worked quickly to complete the job. I will be asking for her the next time I need a plumbing issue taken care of.

He was able to take care of the leak under my sink and replace the faucet very quickly. He id not make any kind of mess. I would again like to mention how kind Alex was. He was prompt and efficient, and did quality work. I will definitely recommend friends and family to them if needed, and will use them again in the future for any of our plumbing needs.

Found on yelp and selected this business due to reviews and WBE. Everyone i spoke to was professional, curtious, and helpful. Was able to get same day service, which was amazing. Josh came out and got our faucet replaced quickly with no problems. Will definitely call again for other needs.
***Update on additional work needed. After the flood, our insurance company approved gutting the effected areas. The agent required us to get Josh the Plumber back out to evaluate the plumbing before the demo started. He came out and throughly inspected everything and lined us up with all the information needed to get the ball rolling. Thank you Josh for helping us get this ugly water damage out of our life!

Chris was very professional and proficient. He located our slab leak quick. He and Damon had the whole house re-piped in 3 days and thru out the job they were informative, friendly, clean and hard working. The whole crew was wonderful.

I woke to an obvious leak in the pipes within the wall of my master bath. I phoned and was able to make a same day appointment. Grant called prior to coming, then came over and completed the work post haste. He was professional and knowledgeable and got the work done. It was done well and at a reasonable cost. My 15 year old water heater went out in the morning before work, called a few places to see what was available since I don't have a plumber I know and trust yet. Initially Robins Plumbing only had a slot available next day (which was expected) but when I called back they had a same day appointment available. Eddy came out for the service call and was great! Eddy is very professional and knowledgeable and clearly excels in his profession. I went from having no hot water at 8am, calling and scheduling at around 11am, to having Eddy arrive at 2pm, and hot water for a shower at 4pm. Highly impressed by the quality and service from Robins Plumbing. I now know who to call for any future plumbing issues!

After receiving a few dishonest quotes/very sketchy ones, I had contacted robins plumbing. Damon came out was fully honest about what to expect and made sure I will be taken care of with the service I will be having done. Wouldn't recommend anyone else! Honest and loyal they take care of the people for sure.

Both the office staff and the plumber were very nice. But unfortunately, after 7 hours of this company being at my studio, my plumbing issue was not taken care of. I had a plumbing emergency at one of my Airbnbs with a guest checking in that day (the ONLY toilet was backing up and leaking all over the floor). After 3 hours of roto-routing from a clean-out with no results, the plumber moved inside to roto-route from the toilet for 3 more hours with still no results. The plumber called for backup and an hour after the boss arrived I was told there was nothing they could do. There was a big tree root ball packed in grease in the drain. They said they couldn't jet it out because jetting doesn't work for tree roots. I had to pay full price (nearly $400) for the work that was done that day, but I was still in the same situation 7 hours later. I got another plumber to come out that same night and he jetted the root out in about 5 minutes and only charged me $160. This company cost me time and money.
Update: Lowered from 2 stars down to 1 star. It is frustrating when a company leaves you in a position that you feel you need to write a negative review, but then when they respond to your review with lies, that is even more frustrating than the initial issue. I have added a picture of my invoice proving that the tech never suggested jetting the line as stated in the response. His next step he said was to give me a written estimate on sewer repairs while informing me that jetting a line does not work for tree roots and stating that if there was a plumber that had a jetter strong enough to break through tree roots, that it would burst my plumbing.
I also never refused to pay. I did state that I thought full payment seemed unfair as the issue I called them to fix had not been fixed. I suggested paying the $89 diagnostic fee as it seemed that at the end of the day, they had spend 7 hours diagnosing the issue. The other plumber that came out that night and fixed the issue ran a camera before and after which was included in the $160 and guaranteed his work by saying if he couldn't clear it, I didn't have to pay him anything. That is someone who stands behind their work.

THEY DID IT AGAIN! Robins Plumbing and Damon are AWESOME! I had them out for work recently and Damon fixed my problems right away! Well today I tried to replace a flapper for my toilet and I broke my angle stop... Damon came in and knew immediately what needed to be done, shut the water off to the house and within 20 minutes water was back on again! 10/10 would recommend them again for all your Plumbing needs! Damon also wrote me an estimate to replace all my angle stops which will definitely be my next purchase! Awesome and courteous team of people, Thank you guys!

This place is a lifesaver! It's Saturday, my kitchen faucet started spraying water EVERYWHERE, and the knob at the bottom wouldn't tighten all the way so I couldn't turn off the water there. Ben came over and saved the day... Installed a new faucet in under 2 hours AND fixed the angle stop beneath it! He managed to take a hose off the spicket in the backyard (a feat I've been trying to do for MONTHS) and he was just an all-around awesome guy. I also have to mention the fabulous customer service I received when I called... A real person answered the phone, her name was Autumn, and she asked fact-finding questions to see what the best option for us would be (wait for business hours or call this an emergency and get someone out today). She was super helpful and a pleasure to talk to, especially when I was all worried about the flood going on in my kitchen. I will never call anyone else, believe me... Robins Plumbing is my go-to FOREVER!
Damon did a great job repairing an outside pipe leak under our sink. This is my 3rd time using Robins Plumbing, and they’ve done a great job every time.
The plumber, Eddy, was on time, worked very efficiently to determine the source of the water leak in our slab, organized the best repair option, and was able to come back in two days to complete the repair for a reasonable cost. Eddy was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. We have had Robins at our house 3 times and have always been pleased with their work. I would recommend them to friends and family.

We had an emergency leak and Eddy from Robins Plumbing came out immediately to inspect the issue. He walked us through the problem and quickly fixed the pipe in order to get our water back on. Friendly, efficient, honest, and cost effective. We'll be using Robins from now on.
Had Matthew and Eddy do a major plumbing project. Old house, cast iron pipes, buried under a slab. They had to reroute the kitchen and front bathroom sewage line. Fantastic work, professional and very courteous!

Josh was on time, professional, and incredibly responsive to questions and concerns we had. We are renovating our kitchen and originally had Josh out to install all new sink plumbing. During the demo we found two gas lines behind our range and oven that we didn't know were present. Josh was able to remedy the gas lines to our liking, on the spot, for a fair price. Super pleased with the work so far and we look forward to having him back to finish the install of our sink and faucet when the rest of the kitchen is installed.

Eddy was on time and courteous. He took care of the problem with my kitchen faucet sprayer that had ceased spraying. It needed a diverter which we had, but couldn’t figure out where to put! And he was on it. Took care of the problem and got my upstairs toilet running again by replacing the valve. Excellent work couldn’t be happier.

Melinda was very kind and quickly accommodated my need for same day service. She must have realized I was stressed out, because she immediately calmed me down with her expertise. Chris called me ahead of my scheduled appointment time to let me know he was on his way (early- unheard of with all those OTHER plumbers), and presented extremely professional upon arriving. He was knowledgeable, fast, and very thorough. My options were fully explained up front, allowing me to make a very educated decision. I was very impressed and will forever be a loyal client!

I had a water leak in a shower. It turns out it was the spigot. They diagnosed it quickly and fixed it cheaply. Afterwards, the water pressure was a bit off. They were quick to come out and figure out why - was no charge. Clean and prompt.

We are getting married next week and having guests over to our house. So the last thing we needed was a major plumbing issue! Matthew was great! Total pro throughout and dealt with multiple distractions - neighbors, ducks, etc. First he corrected my DIY bandaid, then he diagnosed the leak, and got the whole thing fixed. Communicated options and potential issues every step of the way. Same day service and I couldn't be happier. We had a leaking valve behind our refrigerator. We called Robin Plumbing for assistance. They sent Mr Damon to assest the damage, after a quick glance he knew exactly what was needed. In a very short time period he had us up and running, very quick work from a Professional, Damon was a great way to end very hectic day. Kudos to Mr Damon.
