I own a restaurant in Glendale and was having trouble getting a plumber to come out. I called Rapid Fire plumbing and Tom answered. Tom was very helpful and accommodating. Tom saved the day for us! We had a leaking jetted tub that we needed to have replaced ASAP. All other places I called needed 7-10 days to get one in. Tom came out the same day I called to give me an estimate, called his supplier on the spot and said he would have one delivered and installed in 1 day. He did a great job! Great customer service, clean and friendly. I definitely recommend Rapid Plumbing and will use them again!

Another kudos to Rapid Fire for their fast and honest customer service! We tried to flush our water heater today but the drain was totally blocked. I appreciated the honest feedback from Tom and will keep him on speed-dial for my future plumbing needs!

WOW! This is one of the best companies that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Tom was on time and is great at explaining what my issues were that day. I was out of Hot water for two days before I found Tom's company and that day he came out and was able to have the job completed within 2 hours!! This is a truly amazing company. I also loved that he cleaned up any mess that was made not leaving it to me. It's almost as if he wasn't here! Except I have a brand new water heater.

When I called Tom....He was at another job 22 miles away .....After explaining my emergency and sending a video, he said He'd be here as soon as he could....He left his very capable son to finish that job and reported here....he replaced a valve at the meter and capped off an unnecessary line in a very short time....Thank You Tom....for your....Quick Response, Great Professionalism, and Fair Price.....

I called Rapid Fire yesterday as water was gushing out of an outside pipe. Tom instructed me to turn off my main water supply. He stated was in Phoenix finishing a job and would be to Mayer in 2 hours. He was a man of his word. I sent him pictures of the problem prior to his arrival. When he arrived, he was professional, prepared, and repaired the problems quickly. I would recommend Rapid Fire to anyone needing plumbing fixes quickly and efficiently.

I found Tom through a recommendation of a neighbor on the Next Door app. I'm so glad I did! He is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional,licensed, bonded and insured.
. He did a great job removing my old shower and installing new shower. It was 44 years old as was the plumbing behind it. He replaced all old pipes with nice, solid copper pipe. He dug out the old drain and replaced that. He added wood to studs to anchor the grab bars properly. And he and his helper did it all from 8:30 am to 4 pm in a single day!
I had a small issue , it needed a bit more caulk as it shrank a bit in spots as it dried. Tom came back out the next day and spent 45 minutes finishing caulking and checking drain. He was so nice about it and wanted to make absolutely certain job was done right and I was happy.
I am very satisfied with the quality job Tom did for me and will have him back for other plumbing projects in the future.

Rapid fire plumbing is the best. I called and Tom was here the next morning bright and early. He was here most of the day because there was more to the job than first thought.
