I can't say another plumber would have come out stayed until the job was done even if that meant 9:30 or 10:00 pm and didn't add any extra charges to our bill. You came out got the job done. We so appreciate you and all your hard work.

I can not say enough great things about this business. Friendly, fast and all around the nicest people. We have a rental unit in Port A and often times falsely think we can fix things on our own. Wound up breaking our shower faucet handle 4 hours before guests arising. I could not even get half the plumbers in town to call us back. Hope in the front office trouble shot the part that was broken via text with me and then drove the piece out to our place to meet her service man so they could squeeze us in. They had the whole thing fixed in under 30 minutes! They will now be our go to for plumbing, heating and A/C on the island.

Lance was professional and informative. He used the Sparton 300 to clear the clot in drain line. He also used this machine to clean other lines while he was here, did a visual inspection of all drains throughout house, all while wearing booties around his work boots. A representative called about 30 minutes before he showed up to say he was on the way. Could not be happier. My family can use the bathroom and take showers without any problems now. Replacing a simple tankless water heater with same make supplied by customer required 6 hours plumber and 6 hours electrician. Very very expensive, but new unit does work.
