I was in an emergency situation with the sewer in my apartment late Tuesday night. Even with being completely booked Matt was able to offer me advise over the phone until the apartments contracted plumbers came out. I greatly appreciate the time you gave me. Also thank you for dealing with my emotions over the phone. This week has been a nightmare

I’m beyond grateful and satisfied with my entire experience with Matthews plumbing, from the customer service to the repairs. The owner was very quick to reply to my inquiry, and was very accommodating to my needs. He was readily available to answer any questions, and was very easy to communicate with. I live in a condo and don’t have access to shut my water off, and he was able to work with my complex and their scheduled water shut-off. He was also very affordable, and worked with me on the cost of the repair. I had 2 leaky shower faucets, and Dalton repaired them quickly and properly. They went above and beyond to put me (their customer) first, and to make sure that my needs were met and that I was 100% satisfied. I was 110% satisfied, and I can’t thank them enough.

Matt was able to come out and clear a stopped drain line. He repaired the issue and was able to show me on a camera exactly what it was. Highly recommend!

I just wanted to echo the other testimonials here. I twisted off an outside faucet on the Sunday of Fourth of July Weekend. I couldn't get any of the name guys to answer my call let alone schedule an appointment. Matt answered my call himself, got back to me promptly and Dalton arrived to repair the problem within a couple hours. I was looking at being without water until Tuesday! Dalton did a great job and Matt called me that afternoon to follow-up. Great experience, will use them again if needed.

Very good experience. We just had water running for hours as shower faucet broke. Dalton came and fixed it pretty fast with very reasonable price. He understood and knew the problem beforehand and had right tools with knowledge to get it done in minutes. I will highly recommend you to use their service. He was also kind to ask for a dirty towel to wipe his shoes to prevent mess.

Providing a review after my second experience with Matthew and his team, specifically Dalton. After two completely different plumbing needs, I can confirm they are responsive, courteous, and thorough.

The first job coordination between multiple trades was needed. Matthew provided multiple recommendations since I did not have my own preferred companies for those trades. All the recommendations I hired were as top notch as this team.

Unfortunately, plumbing needs are often urgent. If you are reading this review because you are in a bind, you have found a good crew to help you.

We had a large exterior PVC drain for yard run off that was backed up. They were able to come out next day, arrived when they said they would and gave us several options from temporary to permanent fixes. Truly appreciated their time and expertise and not feeling pressured to make a decision right then. Didn’t charge us for their time to use the camera to look through the pipe which I thought was such a professional thing to do considering they weren’t 100% what a fix would be until they excavated the area.

Complete lack of responsiveness or living up to commitments. I contacted Matthews to replace the rings on our outdoor fire pit. They initially came out and did some work to the lines and put a straight bar across the circular pit. We thought that would be fine, but it turned out not to be appealing or produce even heat. So, we reached back to have them replace the bar with a ring. They said they would get us a quote by the end of the day. After not hearing back, I texted the next day (12/14) to get the quote. The owner said they could get the ring on Amazon and they would be out the next week to do the work. As of Thursday, 12/19 I hadn't heard from them, so I sent a text asking when they'd be out. They asked if 12/26 worked. I said yes. 12/26 came and went without a peep. So, on the 27th I asked again. I get next week is better. OK?. Again, I say yes and again I hear nothing. At this point I have given up and am contacting someone else. Save yourself the hassle and do that from the beginning.

We worked with Dalton. Our sink was not draining at all and was also leaking from the bottom. Dalton came in and explained everything he was doing and fixed the problem. He was very thorough and did an amazing job! Price was reasonable for the amount work that he did as well! Definitely recommend!

Matt was super responsive to our request for service-- even in the middle of our big 2021 ice storm/cold snap. We had two different pipes burst on two different days in the same week. Plumbers were in high demand, of course; most didn't return calls, and many said they didn't service Uptown Dallas. But luckily, we found Matt -- who is expanding into Uptown, he said, and he sent out Dalton within hours. He kept all his appointments organized, with great communication all along. Many plumbers wouldn't even leave their homes the first couple days due to icy road conditions but Dalton braved the weather to help us. Dalton came out both times-- and he was absolutely awesome! He is very earnest, honest, pleasant & quickly fixed our pipes. The second one burst in an awkward section of the ceiling which was almost impossible to reach, but somehow Dalton reached it and cheerfully fixed it, saving us from having to tear off the cabinets below it. Also, pricing was fair. Two of our neighbors used him this same week and we all agree -- the best plumbing experience ever!

Can I give them 10 stars?!!!

During Storm Uri -- we lost power, heat, and water. I reached out, and even though we were just outside their service area they worked with us to get a check and repair on our pipes.

The office team was very responsive, took the time to listen, worked with our schedule (we stayed out of town with family to keep warm, etc), and then kept us up to date on expected schedule.

Dalton, the service tech/plumber, was here inside the expected 2 hour time frame. He did a quick inspection, asked a few more questions, and got the job done in a quick and professional way.

In a very stressful time -- power outages, freezing weather -- this is the type of service we all want. Thank you Matthew, Dalton, and the rest of the team!
