I used to dream of finding a plumber / plumbing work I could love and heartily endorse to friends. My dreams have come true with this crew of courteous, kind, hardworking, on-time, and HONEST professionals. They cleaned out a drain for me just an hour or so after I called. They have the client's best interest in mind -- how refreshing! I got a bid from them a while back for an expensive project (recommended by realtors and house inspector) which they determined was unnecessary. They could've taken on the work and made some money, but instead, they helped us get to the truth of the matter and we didn't have to do the messy, expensive job. How often does that happen? Seriously. This company is great and I'll call them time I've got a plumbing, drain, sump pump, sewer line, etc., need. Hooray!

Terrible service;
1st technician was not preperaed, moved washer and dryer and never put them back on their spot.

The “owner” supposedly was going to come back made an apptz never even called or showed up!!!

Im glad I found a local plumber to get this tub unclogged. God knows what it was keeping it but after a few bottles of Draino and a couple of hours I knew I needed to call someone. Theyre a bit on the far side but they didnt charge a travel fee. Im glad they came and fixed it. They can count on my business again. Thank you guys.

For a plumbing supply disappointed they didn't have the part I needed. Even if C&L Plumbing Supply Co. Inc. doesn't have what you are looking for, we can order it! What a joke, it was much easier for the lady in the front to just say no.

Josh S. Did a excellent project of fixing an issue that was unresolved over the weekend. He was kind and professional and thorough about repairing my bathtub drain. I was feeling a little frustrated after going all weekend without a functioning shower, but he was able to solve the issue in about an hour and provided options for me knowing that I had just spent money for a big repair prior to his appointment in my home. He was personable and provided excellent customer service. Thank you Josh!

Richy was extremely responsive from the get go and once he came out to my home he was able to find the issue right away. Extremely professional throughout the entire process and I appreciate that he took the time to explain the issue and what needed to be done.
