Ivan was professional, particular, and went above and beyond the call of duty to certify a high quality finished product. He installed a microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal. And he even put in the anti tipping safety measure for my oven free of charge

1st Step was recommended by another leak detection company who could not find the leak. 1st Step found the leak and showed me the readings as he did it. He scheduled the day for the repair, came out, covered the surrounding area with plastic sheeting, jack hammered the old concrete 1 ft sq tile, saving almost all of them, and immediately found the leaking copper pipe. He repaired the pipe, ran the water to confirm no leaks, cleaned up, and hauled off the broken concrete. Great job! Highly recommended :)
