Donny Bolls rapidly diagnosed and repaired a loose breaker connection. He was competent and professional. In an urgent situation I would not hesitate to call on him or Mr. Electric. My only complaint is that the service call (admittedly after hours, but not wildly so) cost me over $400 for a few minutes' work. But Donny was a lifesaver, so....

All the stars for all the service! These guys are awesome. We needed a full update on the electrical system in a newly purchased, older home with aluminum wiring. They were punctual, efficient, accurate in their estimate of both time and cost, and extremely pleasant to work with. We'll most definitely be working with MAX again for any future needs.

Had my dishwasher and kitchen GFCI breakers changed by this company back in October. As soon as they left, the microwave and stove also began to trip. After living in a world where I had to go outside to flip the breaker each time I needed to use the microwave and/or stove, I recently called a knowledgeable friend to take a look, as well as a Master electrician, both of whom confirmed the work that had been done was not done correctly. Now I’m out of pocket even more money to redo the work and fix the additional issues that this has caused.

Good ol' Austin Energy decided my meter was failing, pulled it, then decided my connectors were too old and ran off with the meter and a note on the door. So, no power and 20 degree winter mix on the way. Found out about this at 2pm after finding the note. Called AE and they basically said too bad, you gotta call an electrician. Called Dial One since they were near the top of the search results.Dial One sent Tom out quickly, but took about an hr for him to get down to my house. On the way he had me txt him some pictures of the hole that AE left. Dial One got he permits started and Tom went back out to get the parts. He got it all repaired by 5:30 or so... Then was willing to sit around and wait for an inspector and then again for the actual crew who had the meter to put back on. Didn't leave until about 7:30.Austin Energy gets 0 stars for the initial inspector who clearly wasn't thinking about leaving a family to freeze.The AE crew that came out to inspect the second time and reattach the meter get some stars as well. Not their fault and they did their thing quickly and left.Dial One and Tom get 5 stars easy. Did everything I would hope for and more.

I had Dunman wire my new shop. For the work they did, WAY over priced. Hired a different electrical to finish the job and he found Dunman labeled and wired my 50 amp welding plug incorrectly. Could have killed me and burnt my shop down.

Sam did a great job installing a new ceiling fan in our master bedroom. He came the same day I called, completed the work in ~2 hours, and was very neat and clean. His fee was comparable to the previous ceiling fan installation in our previous house.

Highly recommend the electrician's work. They were able to restore power to my home within hours after storm knocked out the main power line. They were professional and courteous and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again in similar situations.

Mike and his crew installed an RV plug in our garage to allow us to charge a Nissan Leaf using an aftermarket charger. It did take some time to get some answers to my questions and find a good time for the installation. The work is solid and I would call Mike again for future electrical work.
