Best Electricians in Austin, TX
Impressive services! Jayden went above and beyond what I expected. He completed all of the repairs, explained things along the way and I was reassured that the jobs were being achieved without cutting corners. They gave me a free estimate and they stuck to it. Would highly recommend!

I scheduled an appointment online through the Generac website and requested an estimate. They directed me to this company and emailed me a scheduled appointment for April 1st which was five weeks after my request. The day of the scheduled visit I decided to call to find out what time someone was coming. There was no answer so I left a detailed message and nobody ever called me back and they never showed up. I made arrangements to be home the entire day and waited five weeks for an estimate and this company ghosted me. I definitely would not recommend.

Prompt, and courteous service from both the office staff and technician. I spoke to a very friendly lady and was able to make an appointment that suited my schedule. Electrician was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was doing and answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend Eco Electrical Co and would not hesitate to call on them again.

The owner of this company tried to run us off the road this morning because he didn't like my driving. Imagine working with an electrician who can road rage a family car, my four year old and eight year old were terrified because he pulled up to their side and rolled down his window to scream and yell at us.

Never had the chance to prove myself. I went to orientation and it was one of the best I have been to in my Electrical career (8yrs).I have been with about 10 electrical companies.Brian and Luis were great!Great employees Alterman Electric. It is a get down to business kind of environment. Work hard and move up quick. From my perspective. I will definitely work for them if the opportunity comes around again and give my perspective as an actual employee next review

This company was used on a very difficult remodel (through a contractor) at my house. The first day someone came out, we walked through and he marked down everything on a blue print. I was impressed that the guys showed up about an hour and a half later to start. Until..... we realized that something got lost in translation on that blue print and maybe half of it was correct. The main electrician they sent, Elisha, and later his partner Jerad were both great and would thankfully call me to double check things that seemed off on the plans. Super friendly. Very knowledgeable. Able to fix all of the crazy wiring done by the past owners. The company occasionally did send out other electricians that would make mistakes..... Not knowing the house or scope of this job.On one of the last weeks, my contractor and I had a bit of a quarrel. He had made a mistake on timing another part of the job and was about to leave for vacation. I had very limited time to get back in my home. He hung up and said he was done. This isn't uncommon, we were practically best friends by month 4! We would laugh, joke, occasionally argue. Remodels are so tough to go through. Contractors understand the tole this takes on the home owner.American Electric had been at my home so much, I trusted them. And I had a few weeks deadline to move back in, so I called them directly for help. The owner, Jack, answered the phone. I told him the situation, asked him to please contact me only if my contractor stopped work because I would then need to start paying them directly to continue the job. He agreed to do this in confidentiality so as not to worsen the situation. He acted very kind, so I trusted him.Instead of waiting for a stop work call. He immediately called my already agitated contractor and tattle taled on me! As you can imagine. My contractor was furious. We had to have a long conversation to rectify the situation and keep him on the job.Contracted or not, I was ultimately the person paying American Electric. Not my contractor. Instead of respecting me as a client, the owner nearly cost me my contractor and it makes me sick that I had to pay the enormous bill to a company with and owner that acted like a 5 year old and told on me after calling for a little help.

Came out to install an outlet for a customer I'm doing work for. Left a mess everywhere. Sent out another guy to clean up the mess that was as rude as could be. Said we made the mess when it is clearly the concrete dust from them drilling thru a concrete wall to run wire.

Isn’t worth it, installed solar panels, developed a roof leak and cause a ceiling to collapse, will not fix the damages.

Be very careful with this contractor. He was called out to give us a bid for work on one of our properties. He was onsite for about fifteen minutes and did not do anything but look. He then billed us for work he did and when we refused to pay he threatened us with a lien. If I could give him less than 1 star I would.
