I called them on Friday January 21 and scheduled them to come look at my hot water heater. They set the time of 9 a m. To 11 on Monday, the 24th. I called them at 10:30 since no one had called. They hung up on me 3 times. When I finally got a person to talk to me they said the person got hung up on a commercial problem and changed the time from 1-3. It's 4 p.m. no call at all and I only get hang ups when I call. I took the day off from work to get this done. Very Unprofessional! I wouldn't use them if I were you because they may or may not show up. Very disappointed. I'm sure they'll delete this review.

Leaking water heater. Friend referred water heater urban center tx to Maine. i used to be therefore happy once they have to be compelled to my house a similar day. I felt terribly comfy with the value and also the installation of my new water heater. He hauled the previous one away and left the realm clean. The guy was very nice and attractive. An old water heater and the main water pipe shutoff valve needed a replacement after long time of service. In need for the same kind of service, I really needed a plumbing expert who could deliver. And fortunately, I got fixed into the same day schedule by this company support rep. Showed up on time and completed the job with no disruption!
