Anytime plumbing repair &Drain cleaning

They came out and fixed a leak in our sink, since all it involved turned out to be tightening the drain, they didn't charge us! That was so nice. We will always call them from now on.

I called Anytime Plumbing to tell them my sump pump had died. Knowing that rain was on the way very soon, the owner was genuinely and immediately concerned for our home. Even though his day was fully booked, he found a way to get here before the rain came pouring down. We're incredibly grateful for that level of care and concern. He and his assistant, Cortland, arrived exhausted...but never once complained, and got straight to work non-stop. Even beyond a perfect sump pump replacement, he pointed out a few other issues that were obviously not constructed well at all by former plumbers, and fixed all those as well. Anytime Plumbing will ALWAYS be my go-to plumber.

My washer drain pipe was clogged. They worked fast and had it fixed in minutes! Great rate, service, and response time.

Never showed up on the day they where scheduled to come.

I called to discuss a scheduling mistake (made by the company) with Hans. He did not discuss with me at all. It was a one-sided conversation followed by him hanging up on me. I have never experienced a more unprofessional response when dealing with customer service or a business, and I was a director of operations for a company the past five years.

Hans came out on a Thursday, said he would be back with a part later that day. When he wasn't back after a couple of hours, there was communication and he scheduled to come back at 9 am, the next day, Friday.

Friday morning at 9:45, he was still not there. I call, he says 10:30. No problem. 10:30 comes and goes...I call, he says, I just picked up the part. We will be there by 12 pm at the latest. 12 pm arrives and he still isn't there. So, I call and text Hans to re-schedule for Monday morning.

I have a text thread with Hans from Friday, where he says we will be there in response to a text from me asking about 9 am, on Monday. At 9:15 am Monday, I was called to let me know of the scheduling mistake referenced above. I simply said that we need him to be there by 10:30 am or we will go with someone else due to what happened Thurs/Fri, and that is what prompted the unprofessional response.

Highly highly recommend Hans Nemec and his son! They came quickly and installed a new toliet quickly. Very kind and polite. Certainly will have them for future updating plumbing fixtures. Many thanks!

Had them for two jobs one was a few years ago, the other very recent. Polite, quick, came right away. One job was very simple and he even suggested a product to use next time instead of calling. Other job was much bigger and it took a lot of effort and hard work and it worked out in the end. Will definitely continue to use this company.

I called anytime plumbing with issues with my whirlpool water heater. At the time I had no hot water. I called other companies they couldn't get me in for several week's.,
and one company didn't return my call at all. Anytime Plumbing put in a new water heater the next morning . They were very friendly and was on time. The charge for installation was very responsible . I recommend this company to anyone.

Hans was professional and affordable. Half the price of Korte with no extra charge for a Saturday! My hot water heater was leaking early in the morning. I called at 8 am and Hans worked us in that day. New water heater was installed and working by 3 pm. A+++++++

I have used anytime plumbing since 2010 and would highly recommend them for any plumbing issue. Not only are there labor rates are low there service is exceptional. I will never call anyone other than anytime plumbing.

Unreliable. Full of excuses and literally never shows up when he says he is. I honestly have no idea how this company is rated this high.

He was very Nice, everyone else told me Monday or Tues he came over with in an hour. Took him less then 20min to unclog my tub an clean up. Very reasonable price mind you this happened Friday evening

BABIES LEFT WITH OUT A BATHROOM:
Sadly this guy just was not professional in any way. When we spoke on the 7th of this month he advised me of some bad business with maintenance companies but after a short discussion and my ability to pay by credit card he agreed to take care of my emergency for a preschool day care ASAP.

over a week later I had not heard from him for payment or updates and emailed him (no response) I called to ask about the job and he stated he never got my email but if I sent it I would get service after he received it.

I also made sure to text the address as he stated he did not receive this either.

He then asked a question via my Work order system did not bother to call and asked if i wanted this today. ( it was an emergency over 1 week ago) he also advised me that no work would be done terms.

When i called to discuss he was rude and stated he would not do terms due to past experiences, I reminded him this is why we are paying cc till he was comfortable as per our previous discussion.
I tried to let him know we wouldn't be able to use the cc unless he wanted to agree to terms but he cut me off yelling and telling me if I was going to request terms I could find someone else.

I explained that as it was a week later and this was an emergency I had wished he told me this earlier and he cut me off again screaming stating I better find someone else for my emergency at a preschool.

What kind of business man acts in this manner in stead of being honest and stating he is just not comfortable ?

Left babies hanging for days, I thought this job was complete and with one excuse after another he put off telling me no.

NOT Professional NOT Courteous, NOT worth the time

Our garage drains were clogged with rusted metal and they weren't able to drain a nasty oil and gasoline leak. Anytime plumbing was able to come on a Saturday and fix both drains! Hard working company!

We've used Anytime Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs since purchasing our home. He's been great and we reccomend him if you're in need of a reliable and fair businessman!

Hans has provided my wife and I with exceptional service at a fair and honest price. We have used him for clearing out a backed up drain last year, as well as most recently replacing our 30 year old water heater. He gets the job done and is very professional. Took about 6 hours over a 2 day period but they got it opened! I'm a tiny bit frustrated that it went from being hair to grease when it's probably more like 58 years of crud however since I'm no plumber I just gotta accept it could be both.
All 4 men that came over to work on it were very nice, professional and determined to get the drain from hades opened. I'll use them again... hope I don't need to but if I do, I'll be requesting this company to come back!!

We had a kitchen sink issue that I was preparing myself for a bill in the many hundreds of dollars. This group came out the same day as my phone call to check it out. They suggested a solution that I was not aware of, came back the next day and did the work…under $200! This is the group you need!

I can't figure this guy out. Hired him a year ago to do some simple plumbing work for me. no show/no call 3 times. Hired someone else to do the work. He just did it again. Agreed to come do a simple repair. No show/no call. Won't return my call. Guess his labor is cheap for a reason. He is not reliable. Stupid me for thinking he would come do the work as agreed.

Called on Thursday night as our kitchen sink was plugged up. They came over on Friday morning. I had tried pans of boiling water, vinegar and baking soda and plungers. My son had used a 25 foot electric snake to no avail. The men from Anytime Plumbing had it fixed by the next afternoon. Turns out they had to put a 50 foot snake down the drain twice to get it cleared. Feel that the price was very reasonable. They did a great job for me, Highly recommend!

Set up appointment with them. They never showed or bothered to contact me. I contacted them regarding the missed appointment, they promised they would come the next day. Didn't bother to show up or contact me yet again. Terrible service. Dishonest. Untrustworthy. Do not recommend. They'll waste your time.

Hello. I'm Hans Nemec owner of ANYTIME PLUMBING. THERESCA RECENT POST READS BABIES LEFT WITH OUT A BATHROOM. WHAT THIS YOUNG LADY POSTED IS TRUE THAT I DID GET UNPROFESSIONAL WITH HER. THE REASON WAS SHE CALLED ON THE 7TH BUT NEVERCSENT A WORK ORDER. ALL SHE SENT WAS WANTING MY INSURANCE INFORMATION. AFTER MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS TO REACH HER SHE NEVER REPONDED TILL THE 17. 10 days latter. When she called she started off by Screaming at me. When I said she never sent a work order she started to really scream. Yes I could handled her better however if you start a conversation by Screaming and placing blame on someone other then yourself you have some serious issues.

Hans returned my call on Sunday. I sent him a picture of the issue and he sent me a quote. He was booked solid for today (Monday) but said he would be out if he finished early. Then texted later that our problem was a priority so he was sending out one of his coworkers. Joe arrived early. Super professional. Did cost more than originally quoted but only because he had to buy supplies and pour concrete. Still, super reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if needed.

Hans at Anytime Plumbing is by far the most honest and efficient plumber in Fort Wayne. I received a quote from another plumber that was more than double what Anytime ended up charging. Hans is personable and honest. He works quickly and treats you like a priority.

In the time it took Hans and Sal to drain, remove and replace my leaking water heater, I would have been lucky just to disconnect and drag my old one out of the house! And that included chasing down some additional parts and hauling away the old heater. Service was quick and thorough, reasonably priced and my bill was clearly itemized. Nice people to deal with. Next plumbing job that I can't handle, Anytime Plumbing will be my first call.

Very quick to respond. Furnace/AC condensation drain clogged. Easily fixed and Hans followed up the next day to make sure there were no problems.

I have tried to get this guy to come out to my house 3 times now and it's a no show/no contact every single time. Had an appointment and his secretary called me and rescheduled for the next morning... no call/no show. Tried to call the number and it went straight to voicemail for 3 days... finally was able to contact her again and she said she hadn't even seen me on the schedule.... so rescheduled again for the next morning. Yet again, no call/no show. Called secretary and line is shut off and goes straight to voicemail, called business number and no answer.... I dont even think this is a real business at this point, and they have a fraud report on Yelp. Sad that I'm writing a review on someone who I havent even met, but if I can save someone else the headache. Ps take the amount of 5 star reviews with a grain of salt as about 6 of them are from him...

This was the best service I have ever found, I experienced some great problems and they were able to fix them in a very short time..I recommend them to the fullest, If you are having any type of plumbing problems please give them a call. Thanks

After several attempts to get Hans to do the right thing, I got a couple texts that he would be there to fix at least one of the 5 issues in 3 different houses. No show again. I would say 4 no shows. This company did several jobs for us before I knew they were not a quality company. They didnt GLUE sewer drain pipes they replaced. I'll post pics later. They will not respond to any of my calls or texts. The owner has an assistant with no plumbing skills. The owner stands around and has his assistant do most the work. Mostly he is unsupervised. The assistant makes big mistakes and the owner will charge the customer for them. For instance, on another job they were hired to fix a drain pipe and put in a clean out. Assistant cut the pipe incorrectly. The owner then asks us if we wanted the clean out. That's what he was hired to do. He charged us labor again as if it was a second job. So basically we would pay for the same job twice. I understand he is I'll, I have been too, but he says he hired new guys and now has an office. He wont show up or even adjust his bill. We ourselves have had to correct his jobs and it took several hours. Before I posted this I gave him 3 months to correct the issues.
He also I stalled tub handles that didnt fit. Didnt even go to the tub wall. After several attempts to get them to finish and correct errors. I get nothing no response. The tub knobs needed new inserts because they were stripped out and the screws he used didnt fit at all too long. The owner did the tub handles himself. They also were hired to clean the drain in same tub. After telling him several times that the tub is not draining correctly, he repeatedly stated that it was fine. The tub has to be plunged every time a shower is taken or the water just sits there. I was painting one house and they both continued to put filthy hand prints EVERYWHERE the ceiling access had to be painted 3 times. HAVE THEY EVER HEARD OF GLOVES. I got a couple text from the owner stating his assistant was costing him money. NO SH**. Seems like owner error is costing him money. It cost me money and lots of time. I have pictures and receipts people. All I can say is THE WORST PLUMBING COMPANY EVER. Oh yeah, he also left chemicals at 2 different houses. I mean things you cant throw in the trash. Gave some to a tenant of mine said you have to wear a mask and it smokes up the room. By the way it's been since the beginning of December that I have been trying to get this company to do the right thing. RUN RUN RUN

Hans never finished a job from before. Definitely not welcome back to my house. He definitely needs to kick a habit....
