Great plumbers very efficient and professional would definitely recommend them

I have used Apache plumbing over the past few years for a number of projects. They are hands down the best I have used and the only people I ever call now. The whole staff is knowledgeable and reliable and they always make an undesirable plumbing situation easier to handle!

Courteous and responsive scheduling. Competent technicians. Cleared a difficult main line blockage.

So i've been doing a lot of work on our house over the last year or so and wanted to run a gas line from the meter to our stove and to our bbq. I had originally gotten estimates from about 5 different places and Apache was very reasonable based on all of the estimates I was given. However, even their estimate was a bit more than i was prepared for at the time so I put it off. Fast forward a year and now, knowing the expected prices I called Apache back and set up the gas run. I received an updated estimate with 2 different prices based on 2 different run options. Called them back (Monday), advised them which option I wanted and was able to schedule the work for the upcoming Friday. They showed up on time and got right to work. Frank and Richard are both great guys and very friendly. I had laid some pavers last year and asked that the line be run under the pavers up into the bbq and they were able to accommodate. The caveat being that the run was only a couple feet otherwise, i would have had to go a different route. It took them a total of 2 days to get the work done and the only reason it even took that long was the ground being so hard to get under the pavers. The company on the first day even sent a 2nd crew out to assist to try to get it done. Frank and Richard came back out the 2nd day and wrapped it up early first thing in the morning. Apache also took care of the permit piece as well; we got inspected 2 days later and were given the green tag. It was late in the day that we were given the greenlight so Apache wasnt able to come until the 2nd day after the inspection which was completely understandable to me, even beyond my expectations as I expected their calendar to be full but they were there and backfilled the trench and even went so far as to help me hook up the conversion kit to the grill! Very nice guys and Dorothy in the office is super friendly and accommodating. I would not hesitate to use Apache again... in fact, I'm about to install a bib in the garage at my water softener (wash cars without spotting) and will definitely be using Apache for that as well. This team is incredible! Dorothy called the city of Phoenix code department to make sure they were correctly telling me the proper way to have an old 1955 home fixed. This call and their professional approach saved us over $400 from multiple other quotes. PURE HONESTY!

A very honest and forth coming. Their tech guy Sean reviewed the plumbing after a tenant stated that there was leaking from there. He removed the drywall underneath the sink then a joining wall to that side of the kitchen. Turns out I have a roof leak that's been dripping water onto the dry wall so much so that there is mold and the moisture is leaking now *odd i know* but he checked the pipes and didn't find a leak and that was that. I paid $129 for the service fee but let me tell you, the first company that went out was up and ready to start placing cameras into the drain pipes and do a full diagnosis and charge $1,200!!

Called for a gas line replacement and ended up assisting with a drain problem. I appreciated their help so much we kept going and replaced the bathroom tub, shower and vanity. 1930s houses aren't easy but they made it work.

I truly cant think of anything but positive things about this wonderful company. Fair price, very honest, quality work, knowledgeable and kind. They let you know how long and estimated cost up front, and they do not gatekeep easy solutions. I have learned so much from them because they share what they are doing and why whenever they come out. Because of this, there have been 2 occasions where i was able to fix something myself instead of another costly charge - but of course, i still call Apache for any new issue or whenever i need something more complex done. They came early. Was done within an hour. They were very conscious of the length of time the water was shut off. One main line for the row of condos I live in. Put in a quality part. Saved me over four hundred dollars. They were able to fit me in on 5/1 even though they were booked out until the 8th. I had no water. Dorothy was very helpful and accommodating.
