Carrizales Plumbing

I had one plumber tell me I needed to replace my water heater. Carrizales said that the smell would probably go away on its own. And it did. Saved me hundreds of dollars. I've called them back many times since. They do a good job and are cheaper than others I've gotten estimates from. From now on I just call them.

Called carrizales and Edgar's plumbing services showed(probably one of the same). They were in my residence within an hour, unclogged my kitchen sink in about 15 minutes and charge me 145 dollars. The staff answer all my questions and did a good job.

I needed immediate help/advice and got exactly that. I am very grateful. They were quick and helpful with a leak I had upstairs. I will definitely be calling them for services.

Our business was in need of plumbing service over the Easter holiday weekend; the plumber we usually use was out of town so I called Carrizales Plumbing. They responded quickly, efficiently and professionally to our problem. The invoice i payed was a pleasant surprise as well; less than our regular plumber.

They service one of our hotels and they always get the job done no matter what day hour they come through they are a smaller company so sometimes it will take them a bit to get to but they make up with clean fast honest work and charge alot less than bigger plumbing companys in laredo been using them for over 5 years and dont plan on using another plumbing company .

Scheduled him to come on Friday at 1:30 (which I had to take off work for). No show, no call. Finally got in touch with him about 5:00. Said he would be there in a hour. No call, no show. Finally I got in touch again, said he would be there Saturday at 9:30.

Saturday at 9:30--no call, no show. He doesn't answer his phone. Finally, Saturday night he calls me and says he had a family emergency and his phone is also messed up (Yeah, sure it is...). Anyways, he can come Sunday at 9:30-10:00. Ok, fine, last chance.

Well, it's Sunday at 12:15. No call, no show, won't answer his phone. If this is the kind of respect you want, by all means, give him a call. Otherwise, I recommend picking someone else.

Very efficient service, as soon as I called they showed up in 10 minutes and got the job fixed quickly too and were very kind I recommend them!

Horrible communication and customer service. I called him for an emergency, he said he could be out in 1 hour. 5 hours later he still has not arrived and is not answering his phone. After 5 hours of waiting I texted him to let him know I was disappointed and would find someone else. His response...ok. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Carrizales saved me a ton of money and time . If you need something done right and efficient Carrizales is the way to go .

Great service! Called on a Monday morning after Chavarria plumbing failed me, he arrived within 45min, checked out the broken pipe in my shower, quoted for materials and labor, and was back within the hour with the crew to begin the work.

We called Carrizales Plumbing and even though they were not able to come to our house that night, Edgar was nice enough to talk my husband through fixing the problem! I had called 2 other plumbing businesses before this one and the other people didn't do that. They just told us they were booked and that was that. Edgar asked us what the problem was and helped my husband over the phone with pictures he had asked us to send him! Classy guy! He will be our new plumber from now on! Thanks a million, Edgar! You saved us that night!!

They tell you they will be there but just dont bother to show up .no ethics shuntarsos

My water heater broke and needed someone to fix it immediately. After a few call to different plumbing companies, Carrizales had the best price. They were able to show up the same day. They did a great job and were very professionals. My go to from now on.

Horrible! Me cobraron un dineral por hacerme más mugrero en la casa. Para solo decirme que era lo que estaba mal fue carisimo, y me cotizaron aun mucho más caro por querer arreglarme el problema. También me querían poner una manguera nueva por debajo del piso lo cual es contra código e ilegal.Cotize con otro plomero y lo que me va costar para que el lo arregle es aún más barato que lo que me cobro carrizales por venir a decirme lo que estaba causando el problema.

$110 for a 15 minute job. Ridiculous pricing, I thought Chavarria’s was expensive. I didn’t cancel bc by the time I got the quote from the owner the workers were already halfway done. Work was for a sink leak I couldn’t manage to seal myself.

I called at 3pm on a Friday with water flooding in my front yard from a clog. He showed up within an hour and unclogged the pipe. Very Professional easy to work with.

Texted him, and he was super prompt about replying to our inquiries. Came out on a weekend to evaluate the problem, which turned out to be related to a non-plumbing issue. Extremely reasonable pricing. Was very courteous. I will only use this individual in the future for plumbing issues. Speaks both English and Spanish.

Called early Saturday morning and arrived quickly. Prompt service and reasonable price. Even gave me information on how to prevent further problems. Will use again if needed.

EXPENSIVE EXPENSIVE EXPENSIVE overpriced services. Foundation leak was ridiculously high. A job that took 1 hr cost me so much money. Its a shame because the employees are nice but the employee who took over business is the one that charges.
