I am a young single female and often have issues with companies trying to take advantage of me. My plumbing recently went out and my old plumbing service had moved cities. I called several companies that gave me a Free Quote, and came by my house.

Many of them tried to offer me services I didn't need at outrageous prices. When you don't make a lot of money and can't take a shower or use the bathroom in your own home it's maddening to have to deal with these kinds of companies because they caused me a great deal of stress, anxiety, wasted time, and even sadness.

When I came across an AD for, MG Drain Cleaning Services, on a random google search I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt that I didn't believe Miguel's prices and didn't believe he would take care of me. However, I took a chance anyway. I figured I'd be searching a while for a good person/company anyway.

However, MG Drain Cleaning Services ended what I thought would be a long LONG search for a solid plumbing company and created what will be a life long business relationship instead.

He communicated clearly and efficiently with me through text and arrived to my home on time and ready to work. Each company I tried to work with never found the main clear out to my home and he found it in ten minutes. My mind was blown! I had just gotten a shipment of jewelry and I stayed in my room trying on new things. Meanwhile, I let Miguel go in and out of my home to work on jetting my plumbing. As a single female, that should speak volumes as to how safe I felt with him.

When he was done, he did a better job than ANYONE I'd ever worked with in the 8 years living at my home. My plumbing is running SO smooth now and he gave me an honest and thorough review of my over all system, problems I could face in the future, and things I could work on. (all feedback that I never even expected) When it came time to pay I paid the amount we agreed on in the beginning. Miguel didn't try to up-sell me and never once complained and stuck to the program.

I told him that he would be my plumber for LIFE. I asked him for his card and was determined to leave a review not only to bring him more business but to help anyone like me who doesn't have time, money or the patience to deal with these bad companies out there.

Also, writing this review was on my TO DO list for about two months because I didn't want to leave a two sentence review. I wanted it to be genuine and well thought out but I'm also lazy. lol So here is my REAL and honest review. Do yourself a favor and choose this company to do your plumbing you will see what I'm talking about. Or, you can overpay for services you don't need, use an out house or a gas station to use the bathroom, or cause yourself more stress than you're already in. It's up to you. : )

Gregg of G&G plumbing came into my home repaired both of my toilets also fixed the water flow on my faucets. Gregg was very punctual, clean and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend G&G Plumbing for any thing you need done

Shopped around and they gave the best price. Scheduling was easy. The technician arrived on time and was friendly, respectful and efficient. I was very happy with the service.

Great service

Tom from Roto Rooter fixed my sump pump. The pump had been previously installed incorrectly by a different company. The problem was diagnosed and discovered within 10 minutes. Tom completely fixed the previous company’s hack job. Professional and diligent.

Good as always. Have gotten two showers done, 1 tile and 1 tub combo, all toilets, all shut off valves, fridge valve, hot water heater pipe work, pressure regulator, etc. All jobs have been quick and painless. Definitely recommend!

Bought my place a few years ago and the old gas hot water heater was on its last leg. Brown water made taking a bath impossible and dirty. Getting a new one is an investment. Some businesses don’t even call back or take weeks. From the initial call, estimate, and installation Moore Heating was a great choice.

Not my local area shop, but THE BEST I’ve experienced!

Called Fuller from a recommendation and they performed great! Had to have my recessed hot & cold washer supply line valves replaced. From the initial phone call to the finish, they were very thorough with questions and the details in order to get the job done right. They were also able to do it within 48hrs and I didn’t have to wait for days and days. Shout out to their guy John who fix my valves. Not only did he do the washers valves but did another one in the garage and gave me info about my water regulator. The dude rocks!

Ps. Also fair pricing for the work! Super rare!

NON-EXISTENT SERVICE

I called Legacy to have a window unit a/c either repaired or replaced (including installation).I was told that they would look at the unit and give me an estimate on a new one. I set up an appointment with the understanding I would be given a half hour's notice before their arrival. The two-hour window for the appointment came and went with no call from Legacy. I called the dispatcher (Leon?) who said his technicians were behind that day and I would be given the next two-hour window on that same day. That window came and went with no one showing up. The next day at 5PM, I finally called Legacy to see what had gone wrong. The dispatcher said, no one wanted to do the job........I didn't know employees can pick and choose which jobs they do.........I told the dispatcher that I should have been informed of that the day before. His response was, Sorry about that.
Legacy is a very poorly run company. I am looking elsewhere for my a/c-heating needs...

Falsified invoices, lied about work performed causing a necessary sewer lateral repair to be performed after sale of home in breach of contract.
